Story

Strom is a boxer pitbull mix!!! She has a lot of energy in her very hard for her to have calm moments when people / animals are around so would beat for her to have another hype dog with her or kid / adult that likes to play 24/7. She doesn’t bite but she loves to jump up on you and play nibble. She’s been around tons of people just gotta make sure her nails are cut b/c she will jump up on everyone. She is a big baby and needs /loves attention and hates being left out of the mix so she will cry. She isn’t fully trained but knows how to sit , go to cage on command and recall when she isn’t in active mode chasing something outside. She knows paw as well and up. One issue I say she has is if let unattended to she chews on walls / wood she it would best to get her a lot of toys to keep her occupied idk if that’s b/c she has a chewing problem, a big appetite or just needs more toys to keep her from chewing on certain things. She has one issue health wise I would have to say in another chat

Hi, I’m Damian! I’m a sweet 2-year-old Boxer mix with a handsome black-and-white coat and a heart full of love. I came into the shelter system after experiencing neglect, weighing just 15 pounds. With the care and support I needed, I’ve made an incredible recovery, and now that I’m healthy, I’m ready to find my forever home! I can be a little shy when we first meet, but I have a secret weakness—treats! A few tasty snacks, some patience, and plenty of love are all it takes to start winning me over. Once I feel comfortable, I’ll show you just how sweet I really am. I also feel more confident around other dogs who love to play! I have an adorable little trot when I walk that makes my ears bounce, and I love playing with my favorite toy: a Nerf ball! I’m also happy to enjoy the occasional plush toy. This girl has the heart, energy, and playful spirit of a much younger Boxer. She bounces, prances, dances, and barrels through life with a zest that is impossible not to smile at. She is the kind of dog whose happiness is contagious.Hope came to Critter Cavalry Rescue during a heartbreaking time. Her beloved owner became critically ill and was ultimately unable to care for her, and when Hope came into rescue, she weighed only 35 pounds and was painfully underweight. Her owner’s greatest wish was that she would be given the best life possible, and that is exactly the promise we made to him.Today, Hope is a healthy 46 pounds and absolutely thriving in her foster home. She is currently living with several other Boxers and has fit right in as though she has always been part of the crew. She is wonderfully social and genuinely enjoys making friends.
