She was rescued as a kitten from a sad situation that caused the loss of one eye -- wait till you hear the full story! She is a true survivor who's grown into a confident, intelligent, social, 100% boss girl. She greets new people at the door to invite them in for a chat and playtime. She'll tell you about her day with adorable chirps, or a tiny meow when she brings you her toy to invite you to play fetch. She loves being around people and would thrive in a home with her people around more than not. She even snuggles with her foster parents when she's in the mood. Rainbow is healthy, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her estimated birthday is May 26, 2023. Story

Chloe was rescued in East Hollywood with her newborn kittens—just a day old at the time. This stunning green-eyed mama gave birth in a backyard belonging to someone who “didn’t like cats,” and cruelly placed her and her babies in a cardboard box on the street. Thankfully, we were called right away and were able to reunite Chloe with her kittens and place the little family in a loving, safe foster home. Despite all she endured, Chloe proved to be the gentlest, most affectionate cat—and a devoted mother. She adores her human caretaker, loves being petted, and will happily rub against your legs while following you around. She’s playful, smart, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Chloe is healthy and ready for her forever home. She’s been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and receives regular flea treatment. We’ll never know how long she was on her own or if she was abandoned, but now that her kittens are grown and adopted, it’s Chloe’s turn to find the loving home she’s always deserved.

Pumpkin is 1 year old and is a sweet and playful kitty. She loves to play with her foster mates, whether it's playing chase or wrestling. She also loves to play with wand toys and toys with bells. Her all-time favorite "toy" would have to be a cat collar with an attached bell that she found. Pumpkin isn't necessarily a lap cat, but does enjoy pets and scratches a lot! Pumpkin had a close bond with her sister, Willow, who passed away. When Willow was around, our other foster cat, Pippi, developed a close bond with her, too. Now that Willow's gone, Pumpkin and Pippi have grown close and now have a bond that we wouldn't like to see separated. Milo was born a week after Mother's Day of 2024. Very gentle and sweet. He is mostly an introverted cat with a mix of lively energy. If you try to give him attention he will run away. You have to just be patient, and he will come to you when he is in the mood for attention. So far, if he sees you getting ready to leave he will start following you and wants to get pat. If you're in the bathroom or toilet, he will start rubbing his head on you trying to get some gentle pat on the head. Milo is in need of a bigger family that will love him for who he is. If she doesn`t get enough pets, she does the most adorable little mews until she gets the attention she asked for. She`s a little princess, and she knows it!When not lounging with her humans, Tilly is also a very playful little kitten. She loves to run around with her toys and chase a wand toy around. She can be very adventurous when she is in the mood, and sometimes we find her scaling the cat tree on her own. Tilly has experience with other cats, but would be a great single cat as well. Otis is a total super curious goofball and a “sandwich” cat. He wants to be in the middle of everything! He’s always investigating (he has a thing for empty paper bags and burrowing under covers), exploring and loves to follow his foster dad around the apartment. Once he gets to know you he’s *super* affectionate, chirpy, and loves to play. He will curl up on his foster dad’s lap at the drop of a hat, and loves to snuggle next to him in bed. Otis was quite shy when he first arrived at the shelter with his brother Max (white markings), but they have totally bloomed into a super happy pair of bonded cats in their foster home. They’re 2 years old so they have lots of energy and are extremely playful, affectionate and silly. When it’s treat time, if you hold the treat above their heads they’ll stand up on their back paws, which is really cute. Otis is the smaller of the two but he has a *huge* personality. Otis and Max are absolutely joined at the hip and do everything together, so they need to be adopted together. They’re very playful and love to chase each other around the apartment and engage in all sorts of hijinks. And when they get tired of that, you’ll find them napping together/on top of each other. They are still wary of new people and will need a little time to warm up when they first meet you, but if you’re patient you’ll be rewarded with two very outgoing happy-go-lucky brothers who will be your new best friends.
