She was rescued as a kitten from a sad situation that caused the loss of one eye -- wait till you hear the full story! She is a true survivor who's grown into a confident, intelligent, social, 100% boss girl. She greets new people at the door to invite them in for a chat and playtime. She'll tell you about her day with adorable chirps, or a tiny meow when she brings you her toy to invite you to play fetch. She loves being around people and would thrive in a home with her people around more than not. She even snuggles with her foster parents when she's in the mood. Rainbow is healthy, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Her estimated birthday is May 26, 2023. Chloe was rescued in East Hollywood with her newborn kittens—just a day old at the time. This stunning green-eyed mama gave birth in a backyard belonging to someone who “didn’t like cats,” and cruelly placed her and her babies in a cardboard box on the street. Thankfully, we were called right away and were able to reunite Chloe with her kittens and place the little family in a loving, safe foster home. Despite all she endured, Chloe proved to be the gentlest, most affectionate cat—and a devoted mother. She adores her human caretaker, loves being petted, and will happily rub against your legs while following you around. She’s playful, smart, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Chloe is healthy and ready for her forever home. She’s been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and receives regular flea treatment. We’ll never know how long she was on her own or if she was abandoned, but now that her kittens are grown and adopted, it’s Chloe’s turn to find the loving home she’s always deserved.

**URGENT foster needed in a calm home with no other cats (or maybe another cat if they keep to themselves). Kids and dogs are okay!** This little dilute calico tortie is about 3-4 years old, extremely cute, and extra confident in her boundaries. She loves pets, especially on her chin. But if you get too close to her bottom... talk to the paw. 🐾 We found her on the streets after she had a litter of kittens (single mom energy). When we rescued her, she had a very serious infection in her uterus (pyometria). Thanks to a lifesaving spay surgery, she’s now fully healed and ready to rule a kingdom of her own. Once she decides who her favorite human is, she will claim that lap forever. She is very playful and has a silly chirp to let you know. She may be an ideal cat for a household with kids who will chase her and play with her, but also accept her boundaries. She prefers to be the only cat in the home. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is the sweetest love bug you will ever meet. Twig came into my life after an ex dumped her and her brother on me and she has been such a companion and lover girl. She is so incredibly sweet and cuddly and is by far one of the friendliest cats I have ever had in my life. Twig is just over 3 years now, but is on the smaller size and is more akin to looking like a little kitten. Twig has no problems with her brother cat or her sister dog, but my older cat Clementine bullies the living life out of her and after 2 years of trying to keep Twig happy and not stressed, she started showing signs of this stress and after working with a pet behavioralist, it seems like the best course of action is to find her a home she will be happier in. Twig is ~slightly~ special, she has a tilt and is a little wobbly, but it does not impact her day to day at all. She has higher pH of pee so I have her on prescription cat food and I could provide a large bag if you choose to let this girl into your life!

Mandy came to the shelter when her person passed away. This chonky lady can be quite independent at times, but at other times appreciates company. She enjoys exploring her surroundings at her own pace. She`s never in much of a hurry for anything. Mandy doesn`t seem to like other cats, but she did coexist with 2 other cats in her previous home. She would do best in a home with an experienced cat owner - one who is willing to respect when Mandy wants attention and when she doesn`t. Mandy also needs someone willing to put her on a diet and exercise program. She will also need to be brushed on a regular basis until she loses a little weight and can groom herself properly.
