Story
We are devastated that we have to rehome our pet Zelda, but our hope is that she goes to a loving home. Zelda is first of all so beautiful. She loves to cuddle up with our other cat and lay on laps. She's energetic and quirky, and loves to play. She unfortunately does not prefer dogs, and keeps her distance from them. She would be a perfect addition to any home.

Story
Miki is lovely, lazy, and unbothered. In the mornings, when I start making noise, she yawns her way over to the living room to do her stretches. Sometimes she slithers around on the rug, trying to scratch her back. She's not a kitten anymore, and is quiet and relaxed, but is still young enough to enjoy strings and bells as toys. Being a house-cat, she is very neat and tidy with her litter and is not tempted by the outdoors. Miki is not at all shy around people, which suggests to me she may do well with other pets too. My brother met Miki over a year ago at an adoption center, where she was believed to have been lost by her first family. I was fostering her temporarily while my brother moved, but he's become unable to continue caring for her. We love her very much but she deserves a long-term home. <3

* COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT TRAPPER/FOSTER/ADOPTER ** Meet Lala! Background: owned a warehouse in Los Angeles. He had trapped her to go to the shelter. We didn't know if she was friendly or feral but offered to keep her out of the shelter system where she wouldn't have fared well if feral. She turned out to be a very grateful little girl who is vocal and likes to tell you all about it. She does have a little bit of a "calico side" to her. Lala is very playful, full of curiosity, great with other cats, comes when she is called, loves pets and doesn't mind being held. She's such a wonderful little girl, we just love her. Kids: Does best with older, mature kids (due to calico side) Cats: She does great with all cats & kittens Dogs: She's never been around dogs * Date of Birth: April 2021 (approx) * Color/Breed: Tabico (Calico+Tabby Mix) * Eye Color:Green * Spayed * Vaccinated * SNAP Tested FELV/FIV Results: Negative/Negative * Microchipped: Found Animals * Flea Treated * Dewormed * Litterbox Trained * Litter Preference: All Natural, Unscented * Scratch Post Preference: Rope Sisal & Cardboard * Best Friend: Cullen * Ask About Our Adopt-A-Pair: it's a program designed to keep siblings & best friends together! Adoption applications receive priority over inquiries. * Adopt-A-Pet Inquiry Forms: To avoid any confusion, the inquiry form is a brief email form if you have questions. It does not start the adoption process. FACT: Did you know 80-90% of the cats in the shelters are from the streets? Please help support your local TNR (Trap.Neuter.Return.) groups who are on the streets making a difference by stopping the overwhelming number of litters being born. Please consider fostering with us to save more lives. Always remember to Sterilize....Don't Euthanize!

* COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT TRAPPER/FOSTER/ADOPTER: Meet our adorable little Tamiya (Tah-me-ya)! Tamiya loves to play and be sweet-talked. She really enjoys her wet food, snuggling up in a soft blanket and watching a movie with you. She is goofy with her toys, is very sweet and a little bit on the shy side at first. She is not big on fosters or kittens and really wants her own person. She would be great as a single cat or with a mellow fellow that will let her be herself. She is a very sweet soul in a fur coat. Tamiya is: * Color: Torbie (Tabby+Tortoiseshell Combo) * Spayed * Vaccinated * Microchipped * Combo Tested: Negative for FELV/FIV * Flea Treated * Dewormed * Litterbox Trained * Litter Preference: All Natural, Unscented * Scratch Post Preference: Sisal, Cardboard, Carpeting * Best Friend: Hobbs ADOPT-A-PET FORMS EXPLANATION: * Adoption Application: If you are ready to adopt, filling out an adoption application gets the adoption process moving forward for approval & home delivery. Story
* COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT TRAPPER/FOSTER/ADOPTER ** Sweet little Salt is one of our ultimate favorite girls! She was living at a Target on a parking lot with her mom, Target. A feeder had taken care of them for years, gotten them both fixed, found homes for their kittens and then never tried to find these girls their own homes off the streets. We met her through several calls for help from the concerned community. They were living under dumpsters and Target (the store) had threatened to remove them. We went and trapped in the rain to get these girls to safety. Target was several years older and we had to euthanize her due to a failing liver. Salt, however, is healthy and thriving. She needs a dental and a few teeth removed, but who wouldn't at her age? We will take care of this and have an appointment, but we really want her in a home asap and while we wait for her appointment. Salt is a wonderfully kind, gentle soul who loves belly rubs, lots of pets and a hammock. She loves buckets or boxes with fluffy blankets and you'll find her napping in the sunshine soaking up the rays. She does enjoy a good scratch on a tall, sisal post...but most of all, she really enjoys curling up next to you with an arm around her. We would love to find Salt a permanent home and/or a temporary foster so she can enjoy her senior years. She does not like dogs and is good with other cats as long as they're not dominant or alpha personalities. Salt is now: * Spayed * Vaccinated * SNAP Test Results: *FELV Negative *FIV Negative * Microchipped * Flea Treated: Revolution * Dewormed: Droncit Triple Wormer * Litterbox Trained: Open Box * Litter Preference: All-Natural Unscented Litter * Scratch Post Preference: Rope Sisal & Cardboard ADOPT-A-PET FORMS EXPLANATION: * Adoption Application: If you are ready to adopt, filling out an adoption application gets the adoption process moving forward for approval & home delivery. Story
Before my neighbor moved out he euthanized his healthy dog for no reason. He was about to do the same with Moana & her 2 brothers (all 3 kitties are perfectly healthy) until I stepped in and the neighbor agreed to give all 3 of them to me. Moana is the most affectionate/loving kitty. I got home tired from work one day and laid down on my bed. She quietly came in through the doggy door I have and napped right beside me, cuddling with my hand. Moana was raised as a house kitty since birth but thrown outside after about 8+ months by my neighbor. I would love to keep her as my own but I already tried fostering 2 different gentle cats before and it didn't go well. My 2 cats started to pee and/or poop blood due to anxiety while I fostered them. One of my cats started to get aggressive with my fosters. That’s why I can't keep her. Moana is a friendly, playful, loving little princess that deserves to be part of a good home.

Story
I rescued Sly & his 2 siblings from being euthanized despite all 3 being healthy. He is an intelligent kitty, the type you would probably see doing funny or smart things on YouTube. I want to get him adopted because both of my senior Bengal cats are jealous of the attention I give him. One of them internalizes it and poops blood. My other cat sometimes sprays around my home, and has gotten aggressive with Sly, even attacked him once. Sly is a nice, low maintenance cat. He is just happy to be fed and sheltered (I lock him and his 2 siblings in a non-insulated storage room connected to my apartment at night). He never meows any complaints and is very quiet. The only time I heard a meow from him was one time he was very hungry and he ran to me as I put down a plate of food for him. Sly loves to play but I rarely play with him since my two cats get jealous. Sly is an awesome cat that deserves a better home and a loving owner. Your new best bud.

Story
I rescued Cheetoh and his 2 siblings before they were about to be euthanized (all 3 are healthy). The owner was moving and didn’t want to deal with them. I would keep him but I can’t. My 2 senior cats get anxiety when other cats are in our home (they are not intimidated by Cheetoh, they beat up any aggressive cat that comes near our home). One of my senior cats started to poop blood. The other has attacked Cheetoh’s brother. I have to keep Cheetoh and his siblings locked up in a non-insulated storage room half the time to keep them away from my 2 cats. Cheetoh is a big, Garfield-like kitty, minus the attitude. He loves to sleep and be carried around like a baby. He is a very low-maintenance cat with zero aggression. He also loves playtime and of course food. He prefers to be indoors but will do okay as an indoor/outdoor cat. Cheetoh would love to be part of a loving home.
