These two bonded sisters, Dove and Swan, both sport beautiful colors all tied up into shy but very sweet personalities. Only approximately 20% of female cats are gingers, making Swan a bit rare. Both kitties are fully vetted and fixed and looking for their loving forever home together. They are both about 1 year old.

Beautiful golden Torti  Penelope is ready to be done with the chores of motherhood to  live the life of luxury that she deserves in a wonderful new home.She and her 4  babies were abandoned in a crate in an alley. But no matter what her situation,  Penny continued to take exemplary care of them. And when a blind singleton orphaned kitten was brought to her, Penelope, lovingly took in that little baby and nursed her along with her own. All 5 babies are now weaned, Penelope is spayed, tested and has her vaccinations. She is sweet, kind and gentle and she gets along with other cats,  but she would be fine as an only girl. She would be a wonderful addition to any family. Hi, I’m Yael. I was rescued from a Seal Beach alley with my three kittens a few years ago. What a relief it was to get off the street into a safe place. I was not used to being around people and I still don’t allow people to approach me but I don’t hide as much as I used to and no longer run for my life when someone enters my room at SBACC. I enjoy the company of other cats and am comfortable here. I wouldn’t mind living out my years where I’m loved and cared for by a wonderful team of volunteers and staff.  Maybe if the right person came along, I could adjust to a new home, but SBACC feels like home. She would probably be best as an only cat, but she is very affectionate to us. She came to us last year with kittens, which are all re-homed. She did not like having anything done to her while she had the kittens, but now that they are gone, she is quite friendly. The adoption fee is $150.00.
