Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We currently have more than three dozen tiny baby kittens in foster care! They will all be available for adoption in May!During kitten season, IBOK Rescue has young kittens who are not yet posted to this site as they are too young for adoption yet. For more information on our younger kittens, please contact us. Thank you! Did you know that black kitties are always the last to be adopted? They often end up stuck foster care for many months or even years because of superstitions or because some people prefer tabbies, calicos and other more colorful kitties. But, black kitties are gorgeous! They are just as playful and loving as other kitties. Save a life! Add a wonderful black kitty to your family today! All of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs as it is our policy not to place kittens under six months of age in a forever home where there is currently not another young kitten. Also, many of our kittens are in 'bonded pairs' or bonded with their littermates. We reserve the right not to separate bonded pairs or place kittens individually. The happiness and quality of life for our kittens is our top priority. =^..^=All of our kitties are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, deflead and microchipped prior to being delivered to their loving forever home.NOTE: The kittens in these photos are representative of kittens not yet posted to the website. These kittens are no longer available for adoption and have already been placed in their forever homes!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 29, 2024, 10:35 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Portia is seeking a loving forever home where she can be the only cat and get all of the love and attention for herself. She might do well with a cat-friendly dog, but she had a trauma experience with another cat and we feel she would prefer not sharing her home with other cats. she is very friendly and loves people and she can play for hours!  If you're interested in meeting this charming girl, please complete an online adoption application or reach out to us via email at info@ibokrescue.org. All of our kitties are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccinations, dewormed, deflead and microchipped prior to being delivered to their loving forever home. Most of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs as it is our policy not to place kittens under six months of age in a forever home without another same aged kitten. We also do not place kittens older than six months into homes where there is currently not another young cat in residence. Most of our kittens are in 'bonded pairs' or bonded with their littermates. We reserve the right not to separate bonded pairs or place kittens individually. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Momma cat to the Grey’s Anatomy kittens. She is a loving, attentive and adoring mother. Her sweet disposition is seen in all her babies. She and her babies were brought to the shelter after being found outdoors. She quickly adapted to life inside and is learning that it is a pretty good life.  She may be a little nervous at first but she settles in quickly. She loves pets and will purr loudly and make biscuits to show off her white socks. She loves to be brushed and admired. We found the fast track to her heart is through treats. Her favorite is Churu and she’ll come running and sit in your lap. She’s still learning about being carried but maybe that’s where her son, Sloan, gets his fear of heights. She has been a wonderful roommate and uses the litter box without fail. Meredith is independent, calm and easy going…an ideal kitty.  If you're interested in meeting this delightful girl, please complete an online adoption application or reach out to us via email at info@ibokrescue.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Duchess came to us with six tiny baby kittens. Unfortunately, her milk never came in so we had to separate her from her babies so that we could bottle feed them. Duchess has a moderate case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH) which is a neurological condition in which the cerebellum of the brain is smaller than usual or not completely developed. The underdevelopment causes ataxia--incoordination, wobbliness, or unsteadiness. She does not have a bobble head like some cats with this condition, but she does have difficulty jumping onto furniture and wobbles when she walks. She is just the sweetest kitten and loves attention and affection! She wants to be with you all of the time and purrs when you even just look at her. She has lovely long fur and is super fluffy! She will make a great kitty companion to you and your resident pets. She cannot be adopted to a home with stairs as she may not be safe going up and down.If you're interested in meeting this delightful girl, please complete an online adoption application or reach out to us via email at info@ibokrescue.org.
