Mickie joined our family as a tiny, irresistibly cute kitten during the pandemic — one of those little bursts of joy that made a strange time brighter. From the start, he’s been curious, confident, and full of personality. He loves to patrol our street like a little neighborhood guardian, chasing after critters and greeting anyone who passes by. The neighbors adore him — many stop just to say hi or play for a few minutes. At home, Mickie enjoys gentle affection and attention when he’s in the mood, then retreats for some quiet “me time.” He’s playful, independent, and endlessly entertaining. We’re hoping to find a loving home where he’ll have safe outdoor access or a window perch to watch the world go by — and people who will appreciate his mix of friendliness and free spirit.

Meet your new bud, Spud! 🥔💛 Spud earned his name because, until recently, he lived outside in the dirt - just like a little potato! This adorable void quickly became a neighborhood favorite thanks to his friendly personality and gentle nature. Spud has FIV, which just means he'll do best as an only cat or with other calm, FIV-positive cats. FIV cats can live long, healthy lives indoors with good care and regular vet visits. He also has a mild heart murmur that's being checked out, but he currently shows no symptoms and feels great. Now that he's safe inside, Spud has shown what a sweetheart he truly is. He loves pets and attention, treats and scritches, and enjoys hanging out near his people. He's adapted beautifully to indoor life and is ready to find a calm, loving forever home. Spud approximately 2 years old. If you're looking for a sweet, loyal companion who's been through a lot and still has nothing but love to give, Spud might be your perfect match!
