Video Available! Hiya, my name is Bebe! I am a 6 year old, large size, domestic short hair, spayed female. I am a friendly, energetic, and chatty girl looking for a cat-experienced family to give me the love and attention I crave! I am very playful, and can get overstimulated sometimes, so I'd do best without children in my new home. I love being pet and will headbutt you for some affection! I also love being in the spotlight, so I'd appreciate a home without other cats or dogs. Do I sound like the kitty diva for you? Come in to meet me today! Story
Hello everyone, we're Calvin and Hobbes! Calvin is a 1 year old, neutered male, large sized, domestic shorthair kitty whose face is mostly grey. Hobbes is a 1 year and 7 month old, neutered male, large sized, domestic shorthair cat whose face is mostly white. We are two gentle giants who are looking for a comfortable and quiet forever home! We are both quite shy and rely on each other for comfort, so we would love a home with cat-savvy owners who can provide TLC to two reserved boys like us.  A word from Calvin: I'm shy at first, but I'm fond of treats and I'm very playful! I may be slow to accept pets, but I open up with love and patience. A word from Hobbes: I take time to come out of my shell, but once I'm comfortable I enjoy treats, playing and even some pets! If we sound like the purrfect additions to your home, come visit us at the PHS Adoption Center and ask for Calvin ID# A942743 and Hobbs ID# A942744!Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Story
Hiya! They call me Pootsie! I am a 2 year old, large size, spayed female, and I'm looking for my fur-ever home! I'm a fun and frisky kitty that loves playtime, chatting, and nibbling on tasty treats! I would love to find a home where I can be the center of attention. My ideal family would be with someone who is familiar with active and opinionated cats like me. I would do best with adults or teens in my new home, and as the only cat, as I tend to get overstimulated which means that sometimes I just want some alone time. I love to play with toys and will jump at the chance to chase a feather wand. If you are looking for a feline companion who will keep you entertained- perhaps I'm the gal for you? Ask for me by name! Story
Hi there!  My name is Zelda and I'm a 1 and a half year old, spayed, Domestic short hair cat. I'm a timid little lady that is overwhelmed by loud noises and sudden movements. Because of this, I prefer to live in an adult only home or one with older kids. Once I've had some time to settle in, I'm very affectionate and I enjoy getting chin scratches. For more information, just ask Customer Service about Zelda!  ID# A944857 This cat tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).  He/she otherwise appears to be in excellent health.  Cats with FIV can usually live for many years with no medical problems.  Usually at some point however the virus will start to affect them.  The most common thing that happens is that they get sicker than a normal cat would when they get a cold or other condition.  FIV is transmitted almost exclusively via bite wounds. For this reason we recommend that this cat should be an only cat and not be allowed outdoors.  New owner should be prepared to have expenses relating to veterinary care in the future. Please ask to speak with a PHS Veterinarian to learn more about this cat and FIV.Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.
