Story

Dewey was a family pet for 12 years. His family unfortunately moved and had to give him up. We agreed to take care of him for a transition period. He is very gentle and very sweet. We have two other cats and a baby that he gets along with. Prior to us he was indoor only, now he can go outside too and enjoys it. We have had him for three months, but don’t have the capacity for him anymore as we have a small house with other cats and children. He wants to be a shadow, and I think would do well in a no pet household where he could get plenty of love. But he is fine with other animals. Behaviorally, he is a beggar for food. We can’t leave anything on the counter or he will eat it. He also meows/howls in the hallway a lot. Last month we had an infected tooth removed. He did just this week get diagnosed with diabetes, and our vet said should go on a daily pill. His vet care is with All Cat Clinic. Dewey needs a loving home with someone that can give him the attention and care he needs.

Story

Kitty is a wonderful, loving, friendly senior cat. She loves to snuggle and curl up on your lap. She was adopted as a kitten and has been in our home for 11 years. She is social, independent and loves playing with her buddies Gordo, Gato and Yo-yo. Cats are being rehome due to child's allergies but all have been loved to the fullest and is very difficult to have to see them go. We hope they can be kept with a buddy for easier transition.

Story

Gato is a curious outgoing and unique cat. His front paws have extra toes. He is friendly and social, likes to be brushed and is very easy going. He has lived with us since he has a kitten. His buddies are Gordo, Kitty and Yo-yo who is his litter mate. He is very smart, I have found him using the toilet to pee. He does pee outside of his litter box when he is stress. He has no medical conditions. Ideally he would do better if adopted with one of his buddies. Cats are being rehome due to child's allergies but all have been loved to the fullest and is very difficult to have to see them go. We hope they can be kept with a buddy for easier transition.

Story

Sweet Josie is 5 years old. We adopted her when she was just a tiny baby. She does have extra toes- making her extra special. She is sweet, spunky, loves to play. She is mostly an indoor cat but does like to occasionally go outside. She is a fantastic mouse and snake hunter.Over the past couple of years we have noticed that our daughter has developed allergies to Josie, which is so hard because she is (was) her main caregiver and has such a special bond with Josie. Unfortunately, the allergies have just gotten worse over time and is no longer something we can try to treat and move on. This is a very hard choice for us to rehome, but ultimately feel that it is the right thing to do for our sweet Josie and our daughter.

Gordo Aka Bombon is a sweet senior cat who loves to cuddle on your lap while watching tv. He loves ear scratches and playing with other cats. His buddies are Gato, Yo-yo and Kitty. We previously adopted him from a local shelter. He was rehome due to previous owners dogs were attacking him. He is shy at first but once he has gained trust he is one of the most loving cats. Currently overweight but keeps active. We are rehoming due to child's allergies but all have been loved to the fullest and is very difficult to have to see them go. We hope they can be kept with a buddy for easier transition.

Yo-yo is a shy but loving cat. She takes some time to trust but once she trust you she is really sweet and will lick you to show you her affection. Her buddies are Gordo, Kitty and gato who is her littermate. She is petite, has extra toes. Ideally she would like to be adopted with one of her buddies. She is curious and goes outside sometimes. Cats are being rehome due to child's allergies but all have been loved to the fullest and is very difficult to have to see them go. We hope they can be kept with a buddy for easier transition.
