Story

Custard has limitless energy. He loves to gallop around, play with toys and string, catch flies, etc. He is normally our guests' favorite pet because he is great at first impressions. He loves to be held if you are standing and will instantly purr and nudge your chin with his head. Custard gets along okay with dogs. Sometimes he can try to play chase them. He does not play well with other cats and he gets aggressive. Custard needs a new home because he does not play nice with our other cat.

Story

Caspian is a handsome young cat, gray with a white chest and beautiful mustard-colored eyes. In mid-May of this year, he appeared in front of my house wanting to eat the food I give to stray cats. I started feeding him regularly to gain his trust, from day one his behavior was friendly and very affectionate. I practice the TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) program in my area, which means I trap stray cats to neuter them and then release them to live outdoors the rest of their lives. If they are friendly, I put them up for adoption. Caspian is already neutered and up-to-date on all his vaccinations. I've had him for 4 months now and have found him to be a very affectionate, playful, and energetic cat. He loves to jump, play with his wand toy, laser point and has a big appetite. He lets me pick him up, brush his fur, and pet him! I am looking for a committed and responsible family to give Caspian the love, affection and safe home he deserves. We are located south of Chicago, 63rd and Kedzie.

Story

Hello, I have 2 bonded male indoor only house cats. I’m in need of a temporary home for them together My husband is allergic. I have a college age daughter and the plan is for her to take them when she gets a place of her own. unfortunately due to allergies I need to get them out of house and be fostered until she’s ready. My ideal would be someone who loves kitties that would be willing to foster them, and allow us to visit. Both cats came from rescue. Manny the longer haired one is very affectionate and loves to snuggle. He’s the curious one loves to play. Mr. Pickles the short haired one is a little more reserved. He needs a little time to relax. Once he’s comfortable he will be your best friend. He also loves to cuddle. These cats do not go outside. They are box trained. They have their claws. I do not believe in declawing cats, i feel its abuse. Both cats are very good with using cat trees and scratching posts. Both love to sit in their cat trees in front of a window.

Spayed or Neutered,

Story

We got our beloved Melo when she was like 2-3 weeks old from a friend. She’s now almost one year old. She’s used to good cats’s foods, both dry and wet (especially Sheba Brand), not home made food. She’s used to good care and loving home company. She’s not used much to strangers, cause she’s home almost all the time. I feel sad to give her away for adoption but I have to regretfully for some serious allergy health issues. I really wish to find her a good kind caring home. I wish her the best . May God Almighty Protects her, Ameen!

Story

Hello we are currently looking to rehome ash who will be 3 in September. He is very well socialized to the point I sometimes think he doesn’t have survival skills as he would let my toddler just sit on him! He is excellent with children and dogs as well. We are rehome as he has not gotten along with our older cat and picks fights with her. He will do best with no other cats in the house. He’s excellent with dogs though! I can provide him with food a box and litter.

Story

Meet Jay, a handsome gray boy with a story that will warm your heart! Jay and his siblings were found outside after being abandoned by their mama. Thankfully, an amazing foster stepped in to bottle-feed them and give them the love and care they needed to grow into happy, healthy kittens. Now Jay is ready to find a family of his own! Like any young kitten, he loves having a buddy to play with, learn from, and snuggle up beside. Jay is looking for a home where he can be adopted with one of his siblings, Jordan, Jeremy, or Justine, who will be available for adoption soon. Could Jay and one of his siblings be the perfect pair for your family? *This kitty has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. If you would like to meet this kitty please fill out an application for adoption at https://www.kindredkitties.org/cat-adoption An approved application must be on file before we will arrange for a meeting with kitties in foster care. Adoption fees for our kittens 9 weeks to 1 year are $150 for one kitten. Adoption fees for adults (over a year) are $100. Thank you for considering a Kindred Kitty.
