Story
This is Splashy, so named because her rescuer thought that her markings looked like she had paint splashed on her! She's totally adorable but still somewhat timid. Her foster mom is able to pick her up and hold her close and pet her. No purring yet. We just think she needs more time. Or, some cats just aren't big purrers. Splashy is very bonded with her friendly brother Mr. Whiskers and having him around is teaching her to be more confident. They would ideally like to be adopted together. They make a perfect ready-made pair. Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a compatible playful cat. Kittens really need a feline playmate in their forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home, wrestle with each other instead of with your ankles, and grow up with an always-available companion. Bored cats can become destructive cats. If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we may consider adopting out a single kitten. We usually prefer that they be 4 months or older. But each application will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Many of our kitten litters may also be able to be mixed ‘n matched to make a pair if they are not particularly bonded with a sibling. Each foster home knows the kittens' personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements or mix/matching. Splashy's estimated date of birth is 7-1-22, and her adoption fee of $175 includes: vet exam, Feleuk/FIV test, FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, routine deworming, flea control, microchip and spay. The combined discounted adoption fee for both Splashy and Mr. Whiskers is $285.
We'll also keep you updated on Mr. Whiskers's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Meet Mr. Whiskers, an adorable, loving, purr machine. He's a beautiful gray tuxedo with long white whiskers. He greets his foster mom as soon as she opens the door and then walks along with her. He loves to snuggle with is sister Splashy who is still rather shy, but Mr. Whiskers is teaching her to be more confident. They would ideally like to be adopted together. The perfect ready-made pair just waiting for you to come meet them. Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a compatible playful cat. Story
LuluBelle is a petite, curious, playful kitty with a gorgeous sleek coat on her back and the softest, fluffiest, bunnylike fur on her belly. She loves to roll over on her back and get belly & chest rubs, as well as ear 'skritches'. She also loves to play with cat teasers, nail files (when left unattended) and her foster sister Peapod. All of Lulu's brothers were adopted in early summer 2023, and another foster sister she really loved to play and snuggle with was also adopted. Poor Lulu kept getting left behind because compared to her siblings she was a little shy. One important note about Lulu is that as much as she enjoys human playing and petting, she is not a fan of being picked up or carried and definitely seeks petting on her terms. This doesn't mean she's not social - she's almost always in the same room as her foster mom and greets most people at/near the front door. She's just not going to be a "carry around like a doll" pet - to be fair, most cats aren't, but if you're looking for a constantly snuggly, needy cat, she's not your match. She is, however, a great companion, easy to please and low maintenance, and when she's ready for petting she's very cute about it - she meows and follows her mom around making little noises and collapsing onto her back to show her belly until she gets what she wants. She's also lived with dogs, and has never been phased by them. Her current foster home has a 65 lb active dog and they have always gotten along great. As long as your dog likes cats, she'd be perfect with a home with dogs. Behaviorally and socially, it’s best to adopt young cats in pairs, or into a home with a compatible playful cat. Kittens really need a feline playmate in their forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home, wrestle with each other instead of with your ankles, and grow up with an always-available companion. If you're looking for a ready-made pair, please consider her foster-mate Peapod who she gets along great with. Lulu's approximate date of birth is 3-24-23, and her adoption fee is $175, which includes: vet exam, Feleuk/FIV test, FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccinations, routine dewormings, flea control, microchip and spay,

Story
This is the beautiful Loofah, the matriarch of the Klean Kitties litter. Her kittens have now all been adopted and she's ready for her forever home. She's a beautiful long, lanky, tortoiseshell girl. Her coloring is quite nice. Instead of blotches of orange and cream like a lot of torties, she has mostly fine streaks of the lighter colors in her dark fur. A very 1970-80s “frosted” look! Lighter fur around her eyes helps them standout and she does have one very cute cream-colored paw. Loofah has a nice and friendly personality. She doesn't particularly like the other cats in her foster home so is kept in a bedroom by herself when she is not able to be supervised. When she's out of the bedroom, she doesn't hide at all and comes when she is called. She's great with all people, not at all shy, and will suck up all the attention you can give her. She loves to hang out with her foster mom when she's in her home office working on the computer, and she sleeps nicely with her foster mom or in one of her cat beds at night. She's perfect with the litter box and good with using pole scratchers. Loofah would be happiest as an only child. If you're looking for a fantastic new feline companion to have a one-on-one relationship with, come check this awesome girl out! We estimate Loofah to be no older than 2 years old, and her adoption fee of $175 includes: Feleuk/FIV test (neg.), FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, rabies vaccination, deworming, microchip and spay.

Story
Hi, I'm Venom. Yes, a horrible name but apparently popular in the SpiderMan comic culture and my prior owner thought it was a good idea to name me that. So for 8 years I've been saddled with this awful name that really doesn't fit me at all! I like to think of myself more as a cool guy, like a Cosmo or Fonzi or Jules. My prior owner dumped me at their vet clinic when I didn't fit into their life anymore. The nice people at the vet clinic checked me out and gave me vaccines and everything and called me an "almost senior" but pronounced me healthy, even though I'm middle-aged at 8 years old. They tried to find me a new home, but I was scared and just wasn't showing very well there. I lived at the vet clinic for 10 months until a kind new vet tech took me home to foster me and give me a little more normal life. I can be shy at first but once I know you I'm VERY friendly. It only took me about a month to acclimate, and now I'm out and part of the family all of the time! Mind you, this family even has barking dogs and active children. But I now sleep with my foster mom and I let everyone pick me up! I've become quite the cuddly social butterfly. I like to play with one of the resident cats but I think overall I would do just fine as an only cat. You know, bond with you one-on-one. So if you think you have room in your home and your heart for a big ol' handsome guy like me, I'd be very grateful if you'd take me home and make me part of YOUR family - you know, like forever this time. I'm here patiently waiting for you, but can't wait to meet you so you can make me your own - oh, and change my name! Venom's adoption fee of $85 includes: Vet exam, FeLeuk/FIV viral test (neg.), FVRCP (distemper combo) vaccination, rabies vaccination, deworming, microchip, and he is neutered.
