Story
Meet Ozzie, one of the Chicago Baseball kittens, currently sharing his days with littermates Cubby and Slugger.Of the trio, Ozzie is the adventurer. He`s almost always the first to investigate something new — whether it`s a rustling sound down the hall, an unfamiliar toy, or a door left slightly ajar. True to form, he was the first to stage a daring escape from his room, setting off on his own self-guided tour of the world beyond. Curiosity isn`t just a trait for Ozzie; it`s a lifestyle. For all his boldness, though, Ozzie has a deeply affectionate side. He loves a good petting session and has an almost constant purr running in the background. He`s a contact kitten — he likes being close, and yes, he`s one of those cats who actually enjoys belly rubs. With Ozzie, what you see is what you get: a brave little explorer who also just wants to be loved. As a small kitten, he must be adopted with another cat/kitten or have a cat/kitten already in the home.Cubby, Ozzie, and Slugger are living together and can be adopted in a pair, all together, with one of the other Chicago Baseball kittens (Comiskey or Wrigley) or separately if there is a cat already in the home. Check out the other siblings’ profiles, too. They are shorthaired brown and white tabby kittens about 2 months old as of June. They are up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. Each of these kittens is looking for a forever home that is willing to foster to adopt until they are old enough to be fixed. Foster to adopt means, they will be living with you and you will be responsible for her (including financially) but the adoption will not be finalized until they are fixed. That usually happens around 6 months depending on what the vet says. They are currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like to be a permanent part of your family today! The adoption fee of $125 EACH will benefit other CPR rescue animals. For additional pictures/videos on our website, please copy/paste this link in your browser:https://www.chicagopetrescue.org/cats.html#OzzieCurrent Location: Foster Home

Story
Ironman might not have a shiny metal suit, but this brown tabby wears his stripes like true superhero armor. His superpower? Turning on the charm when you least expect it. At first, he may give you that cool, Tony-Stark look—as if he’s calculating your worthiness—but one soft word or morning greeting, and his purr engine roars to life.By day, Ironman keeps a watchful eye from his secret base under the dresser, a prime spot for peaceful naps. By night (or whenever you walk in), he’s ready to leap into action—whether that means rubbing against your legs, snuggling close, or joining his brother, Spiderman, for their next “mission.”Ironman and Spiderman are a dynamic duo, each making the other braver, happier, and more playful. They’re inseparable, and adopting them together means doubling the love, fun, and heroic heart in your home.Want to see his partner in heroism? Check out Spiderman’s profile to meet the sleek black and white explorer who leads their brave missions wherever they may go (as long as it’s indoors).Ironman is about 3 years old, fixed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. The Adoption fee is $125 for each feline. For more photos and video, visit: https://www.chicagopetrescue.org/cats.html#SuperheroesCurrent location: Foster Home

Story
Meet Cubby, one of the Chicago Baseball kittens, currently sharing his days with littermates Ozzie and Slugger. Cubby is the baby of the trio — the sweetest little soul wrapped in a shy exterior. He tends to hold back and observe before joining in, but don`t mistake his caution for timidity. Around his brothers, he`s a completely confident kitten, and the moment he hears purring happening without him, his FOMO kicks in and he simply must be part of it. In fact, he was the very first of the three to climb onto his foster`s lap — a small but telling sign of just how much heart this little guy has.Cubby is quietly smart. He watches everything his brothers do first, takes it all in, and then joins with full commitment. Of the three, he has by far the longest attention span, missing nothing. His days unfold in the classic kitten rhythm of play, cuddles, and napping — and he brings his own gentle, observant sweetness to every single moment of it. He is looking for a loving home where he can play, grown and be spoiled. Story
Meet Slugger, one of the Chicago Baseball kittens, currently sharing his days with littermates Cubby and Ozzie. He is the chattiest member of this trio and never shy about letting you know it. He`s the first to greet you with a trill, a chirp, or a full-on feline monologue, and he`ll happily serenade you with the song of his people at a moment`s notice. Bold and sociable, Slugger dives headfirst into new friends and new adventures. When he`s not holding court, you`ll find him perched at the window, watching the world go by with the focused intensity of a scout studying the opposing lineup. Like his buddies, Slugger is a fan of a good petting session, and he is an enthusiastic play partner — just expect a running commentary throughout. If you`re looking for a kitten who will never leave you wondering how he feels, Slugger is your guy.As a small kitten, he must be adopted with another cat/kitten or have a cat/kitten already in the home.Cubby, Ozzie, and Slugger are living together and can be adopted in a pair, all together, with one of the other Chicago Baseball kittens (Comiskey or Wrigley) or separately if there is a cat already in the home. Story
Spiderman may not be swinging between skyscrapers, but this sleek black-and-white tuxedo cat has all the poise, agility, and charisma of a true superhero. His crisp white paws look ready for web-slinging, and his favorite “rooftops” are the highest perches in the room, where he can keep watch over his kingdom.Bold and endlessly curious, Spiderman leads every mission—whether it’s exploring a new corner, scaling the cat tree, or investigating mysterious sounds from the next room. His quiet confidence inspires his brother, Ironman, to follow close behind, making them the ultimate feline tag team. But even heroes need downtime, and when Spiderman takes a break from his adventures, he’s more than happy to settle in for pets, companionship, and a well-earned rest near his humans.Spiderman and Ironman are inseparable crime-fighters (of boredom, that is), and they’re looking for their forever home—together. Two heroes. Twice the love. Unlimited adventures.Looking for the other half of this dynamic duo? Don’t miss Ironman’s profile to get to know the cool, affectionate tabby who always has Spiderman’s back.Spiderman is about 3 years old, fixed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. The adoption fee is $125 for each feline. For more photos/videos, visit: https://www.chicagopetrescue.org/cats.html#SuperheroesCurrent location: Foster Home
