Hello, I have 2 bonded male indoor only house cats. I’m in need of a temporary home for them together My husband is allergic. I have a college age daughter and the plan is for her to take them when she gets a place of her own. unfortunately due to allergies I need to get them out of house and be fostered until she’s ready. My ideal would be someone who loves kitties that would be willing to foster them, and allow us to visit. Both cats came from rescue. Manny the longer haired one is very affectionate and loves to snuggle. He’s the curious one loves to play. Mr. Pickles the short haired one is a little more reserved. He needs a little time to relax. Once he’s comfortable he will be your best friend. He also loves to cuddle. These cats do not go outside. They are box trained. They have their claws. I do not believe in declawing cats, i feel its abuse. Both cats are very good with using cat trees and scratching posts. Both love to sit in their cat trees in front of a window.

Stripes came to me due to a family member’s co-worker moving and not being able to take Stripes with her. I took him in to see if i would be able to keep him (i already have a cat) but unfortunately my cat does not like him and after 3 months my cat has still not been able to get along with Stripes. Stripes is a very sweet cat. When I first got him he hid for almost 3 weeks. I was very patient and didn’t force him to come out. All i did was ensure he had access to his litter box, some water, and food. The first two days i got him he didn’t eat but eventually he did start eating his food. Now he is always very excited to be fed. He is timid but sweet. Loves playing with laser toy and loves receiving pets. He does not like to be picked up. I am hoping to quickly find a loving home for Stripes and i would be willing to take him back if you feel it isn’t working out. I just want this sweet boy to be loved and cared for properly.
