With her bright eyes, happy spirit, and endless curiosity, Jitterbug is the kind of kitten who makes an impression from the moment you meet her. She’s always the first to greet new people, happily trotting over to say hello and see what exciting adventure might be next.
Jitterbug is a playful little explorer who loves investigating every corner of her world. Whether she’s chasing toy wands, batting around toy balls, wrestling with her sisters, or even trying to catch her foster mom’s hair, she’s always ready for fun. In fact, if you asked Jitterbug what her favorite hobby is, she’d probably tell you it’s playing. Her close second? Snuggling.
This affectionate girl is an expert cuddler who adores her people. She’ll gently nuzzle into you, happily perch on your shoulder, and soak up every bit of attention she can get. Her foster mom knows she’ll miss Jitterbug’s sweet cuddles and the way she’s always so genuinely excited to see her favorite humans. Jitterbug has also met a child and did wonderfully, and she would enjoy a home with gentle, respectful kids. She’s even been curious and friendly with the resident cats in her foster home.
One thing her future family should know is that Jitterbug has a bit of an adventurous streak—she’s quite the little escape artist! She’ll need a family who keeps a close eye on doors and is committed to keeping this curious girl safe indoors.
Jitterbug has always had a special soft spot for comfort. She was the last of her litter to give up bottle feeding, perfectly content to be “the baby” for just a little longer. That sweet, snuggly nature has stayed with her, making her the perfect balance of playful kitten and affectionate lap companion.
Because she’s still so young, Jitterbug must be adopted into a home with another playful feline friend to help her continue learning, socializing, and burning off all that kitten energy. She would be especially thrilled to go home with one of her sisters, Chacha or Ballet, so they can keep their fun-filled adventures going together.
