Kenji is a loving, intelligent, emotionally intelligent and curious cat turning 9 yrs old this July. He’s neutered and has a big personality. Originally found on the streets of Bushwick, Brooklyn, he’s comfortable both indoors and outdoors and would thrive in a home with space, ideally with a safe yard to explore. Kenji is affectionate and enjoys companionship. In my 9 years of ownership, he has brought such comfort in my hard times of grief. I was shocked to see him know when would cry. He does well with adults, kids, and other pets after a proper adjustment period. He’s vocal, expressive, and enjoys being a part of whatever is going on. He enjoys chasing, playing, and relaxing outside during nice weather. With his adventurous nature, Kenji may do also well in a farm setting or with someone who enjoys outdoor activities like hiking. We’re looking for a home that can offer him love, attention, and room to explore—and in return, he’ll bring endless laughs, cuddles, & companionship

Story

Petey is a sweet 9 year old boy who we took in when my mom passed away in December 2025. He lived his life with his biological sister until she passed two years ago. Since then, he’s been living with us and our four cats, which hasn’t been ideal for him. Losing his sister, mom/person, and home have been really tough for him. Hes having a hard time adjusting to us not being home often and one of our other cats doesn’t get along with him. Petey just wants to be loved and cuddled and would be great for a senior or someone who is often home. A quiet home would be best. He’s litter trained, loves treats, and came to my mom front paw declawed. He’s just a lovely cat who needs what two working people can’t provide for him. He has arthritis in his knees but this doesn’t stop him from running to greet us, jumping on furniture, or using stairs. We can provide proof of good health as well. He was recently at the vet.

Nala is affectionate and loud! She loves to vocalize her needs when she’s hungry and wants attention. She loves being petted gently not to much being held as much but she still loves attention. She loves bird watching and endless snacks. Give her a high resting place and she’ll be resting. She loves her own space. Nala did grow up with another cat and they bonded really well however he is no longer with us so I don’t know how she’ll be with other cats but dogs she’s good with as long as they respect her space as well. I am rehoming her because I can no longer care for her with school and work and feel I can’t give her the attention and care she deserves. She’s a sweet cat and very chill/independent. Hello :) Eight years ago my family and I had rescued Houdini and we were his foster family. Eventually he become a foster fail and he was officially our cat. Houdini is a shy cat that definitely knows how to set his boundaries very loudly and proudly. He likes to be approached slowly and a treat helps break the ice better. He has had some issues in the past, he had a urinary blockage at the age of 2 and we caught it in time! Because of this he is on a wet food only diet and does not have dry food. We love our cat very much, but now that we also have an infant, we are not able to give him as much attention as before. We are both are also allergy sufferers and not being able to spend time with our cat has also increased. We want Houdini to be in a loving home where he can be the only pet and loved by his new family. We want him to be able to snuggle if he wants and live how he deserves to because we cannot give that to him.

It is with a tender heart that I’m rehoming my sweet girl, Moti. She is a 4-year-old spayed cat—loving, playful, and full of personality. Moti may be shy at first, but once comfortable she is very affectionate and interactive. She loves back scratches, enjoys belly rubs when she feels safe, and will sleep with you or in her own cozy space. She adores plush blankets and will bring toys to you, “telling” you when it’s time to play as she thoroughly enjoys human interaction. She is very vocal, chunky, and sweet. Important notes: She has had two surgeries from ingesting thin string/fabric, so these types of items are recommended to be kept out of reach. She also tends to swallow dry food WHOLE, so portion control and wet food are ideal for her health. Vaccines are about 3 years old and can be updated. She’s mainly indoor but is curious of outdoors. Rehoming due to a move—hoping for a loving, attentive home. Ideal home is calm and either has her as only pet or 2 other pets maximum.
