Story

Papi is a very sweet boy with a sad backstory. When he was a kitten, he was choked by the young toddler he lived with and survived, but we suspect it might have caused some brain damage. He is sweet and loving but is a little dumb. Unfortunately, he needs to be rehomed because we had a baby last year and the baby has been stressing him out. He has become stressed and territorial, has peed in places of our home, and is very unhappy. This is not the cat we knew. He was very happy and loving before the baby. He is happiest cuddling in our arms and is very sad that he does not get to do so these days. Unfortunately, things are not getting better, so we would like to rehome him to a home without young kids. He does like teenagers and is fine with other cats. He also loves when people come to visit and give him belly rubs. We do not know how he would be with dogs. If you like lots of kitty cuddles and watching the actions of a lovably derpy cat, he would be the perfect kitty for you.

I brought Bome from a refuge center in Philadelphia in May 2021. She was only 10 months old when I brought her. From the first encounter at the center, she has always been friendly and never shy of interacting with other people. She is clingy and she likes to talk. She loves food so much that she jumps out from her cat tower every time food is served from the dispenser. I still want to keep her till the end of her time but my cat allergy has gotten worse over time as it accumulated to the point where I need to restrain myself from socializing.. I am looking for someone who loves cat and is willing to share their life with Bome. I am looking for a responsible owner who is willing to carry out the love I have for Bome.

Story

I've only had her for about a year but she's the best cat I've ever had. She's about 8 years old and she is calm and sweet. She likes to play with wand toys and she won't scratch anything as long as she has a scratch pad. If she could get to stay next to you and get pets all day, she'd be the happiest! I hope whoever takes her in loves her and gives her the attention she deserves. It saddens me to think that she'd have to be rehome again when it's not her fault. (Both me and previous owner have had some tricky situations that have nothing to do with the cat).
