Story

Our cat is 13 years old and I adopted her at 2 years old. She has been with me through college, marriage, and even to having my first child. She is playful, gentle, and most of all loves to cuddle. Unfortunately, our second cat has developed dementia and has been requiring extra care. We hate to have to say goodbye, but we don’t want her to feel neglected in any way. Hoping to send her to a home who is available to give her endless love and cuddles.

Story

It breaks our hearts to say this, but we’ve made the difficult decision to find Kitty a new home. ❤️🐾 She has been such a wonderful part of our family and has brought us so much joy. We love her dearly, but with everything going on in our lives, we’ve realized that we can no longer give her the time and attention she needs and deserves. This decision wasn’t easy, and we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what would be best for her. More than anything, we want Kitty to be in a home where she can receive plenty of love, care, and attention. Saying goodbye will be incredibly hard, but we’re hoping to find a special family who will cherish her and give her the happy life she deserves. ❤️ She will always be a part of our family and will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Story

I’m reaching out because I desperately need your help with my senior cat, Bibi. I need to find a safe placement for her before September 25 due to severe allergies in my household, and unfortunately I can no longer properly care for her. Bibi is approximately 14–15 years old and has been a huge part of my life. This is extremely difficult for me. She is a very gentle, sweet soul, healthy for her age, playful, affectionate, and loves being around people. I would like to see if your rescue can accept Bibi for adoption and help find her a loving home where she can spend her senior years. I am willing to provide her food, belongings, and help with expenses if needed. My priority is simply knowing that she will be safe and loved. I have to find a placement for her before September 25, so I would be incredibly grateful if you could help me. I can provide pictures, veterinary information, or anything else you need. Unfortunately, keeping Bibi is no longer an option for us. This is not s

Story

I adopted Gracie a month ago from her previous owner, who had adopted her from a shelter in Brooklyn and had her for 3 years before having a baby. Gracie is a 7-year-old sweetheart who is entering her senior years, and despite her age, she still loves to play with her toys!As a stay-at-home mom with three children (11, 8, and an 8-month-old), I have noticed that my home environment is not the quiet, serene atmosphere Gracie needs. She hides most of the time when my baby is awake, and when she is out, she seems agitated.I am looking to rehome her to a home where she will be the only cat, or to a home with another senior male cat. Children in the home is ok but I would say ages 7 and older. She will come with her cat tree, litter box, toys, grooming supplies, and any leftover food I have.

Story

Looking for a new home for black European shorthair cat named Shadow.Shadow was adopted as a kitten from a friend in Paris, France, and is now 10 years old. He used to be a bit of a wild child, but with age comes wisdom and he is now much calmer and more independent. Fun fact: he is a tripod kitty, but does not need anything out of the ordinary. He hops around just like he did before. These days, Shadow mostly keeps to himself, although he’ll happily rub against your legs when he’s in the mood for a little attention. During the colder winter months, he may even grace you with a spot on your lap. He’s very food-motivated and used to love performing tricks, so treats are definitely the way to his heart. Shadow does come with a small warning label—he’s not the cuddliest cat and prefers affection on his own terms—but if you’re looking for a quiet companion who will keep you company without being overly demanding, Shadow could be your guy.
