I got Lucky and Chloe from Secaucus Animal Shelter in 2020. Lucky is 8 and Chloe is 6. They are both in perfect health. Lucky is a very affectionate cat and Chloe is more independent but cuddly at times. They are absolute best friends and super sweet. They are both very present and loving cats. I'm looking for a home where they will be loved, cared for and Lucky will be able to get all of the pets he deserves!

Kenji is a loving, intelligent, emotionally intelligent and curious cat turning 9 yrs old this July. He’s neutered and has a big personality. Originally found on the streets of Bushwick, Brooklyn, he’s comfortable both indoors and outdoors and would thrive in a home with space, ideally with a safe yard to explore. Kenji is affectionate and enjoys companionship. In my 9 years of ownership, he has brought such comfort in my hard times of grief. I was shocked to see him know when would cry. He does well with adults, kids, and other pets after a proper adjustment period. He’s vocal, expressive, and enjoys being a part of whatever is going on. He enjoys chasing, playing, and relaxing outside during nice weather. With his adventurous nature, Kenji may do also well in a farm setting or with someone who enjoys outdoor activities like hiking. We’re looking for a home that can offer him love, attention, and room to explore—and in return, he’ll bring endless laughs, cuddles, & companionship

We are relocating to another state at the end of July and, after much thought and heartbreak, we’ve come to the difficult decision that we cannot bring Opie with us. The new home we found does not allow us to have pets :( All of the other homes we found that allows pets is out of our price range and unaffordable. Opie is a sweet, gentle kitty who loves to cuddle once he feels safe. He is shy and fearful in new situations but has a very loving nature when he trusts you. We tried to find him a new home on our own but havent had any success, and we are determined not to surrender him to a shelter. We are hopeful we can find Opie the calm, loving, and safe home he deserves.

Story

Socks is a 4-year-old neutered male cat that I adopted as a kitten from the Bronx. He is very sweet, calm, and affectionate, and has been an important part of my life for years. He has been raised indoors and has always had a proper setup, including litter boxes, food, toys, and regular care. Unfortunately, Socks has developed ongoing inappropriate urination issues that I have not been able to fully resolve despite neutering him and trying to provide the right environment for him. Because of this, I’m looking for a patient and understanding new home that may be better suited for his needs. He would do best with someone experienced with cats who is willing to work with his behavioral/litter box challenges and give him a stable, caring environment. Despite these issues, he is still a loving cat who deserves a good home.
