MEET TUXY!!🥰 🆘️FOSTER to ADOPT opportunity ❤️Fosters and adoptions are in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. 🩵Sadly, we got a call from someone that we provide cat food to for her neighborhood cat strays. 🩵 😻Tuxy is 2 year old and had been fending for himself! 💔She told us that Tuxy had not eaten for over a week and the lady had just realized that there was a metal hook in his muzzle and his face was swollen and that he was getting beat up by the other tom cats in the neighborhood. 🚑We had Tuxy rushed to our vet to get surgery to remove the hook (and neuter him). 🏡Tuxy is now fully vetted and ready for his new home!! 🎉Because someone stepped up to foster him, we were able to get him off the streets! She is good dogs and cats and kids of all ages. She is a talker and will meow like crazy when you first wake up in the morning to tell you all about her night. She will let anyone pick her up but will start pulling away like a toddler when she’s done. She is good with bathes and nails cut(I do both regularly) but she will voice her complaints the whole time. She will be your “lap dog” on the couch as long as you don’t get up often. She’s great in the car. She will voice her complaints at first and then settle down. She’s great in a cage. She has never scratched or bitten anyone.Reason for rehoming: eevee does not do well in small living spaces. She likes having the ability to hid when she needs to. We used to live in a house but due to financial difficulties, we now live in a small one bedroom apartment with a family of four and she is not happy. She is stressed and it’s not a good situation for her.

He is front and back declawed and has spent his life indoors. Steve is not an immediately affectionate cat and tends to be more independent by nature. However, with time, patience, and a calm environment, he has shown that he can bond with his person and become more relaxed and trusting. Steve would do best in: * A quiet, low-traffic home * An experienced cat owner who understands shy or sensitive cats * A home with no dogs or other pets Because Steve is declawed, he can feel vulnerable and may react defensively if he feels stressed or overwhelmed. He has been known to bite when uncomfortable, so he needs someone who can read cat body language and give him space when needed. Recently, Steve has begun having some litter box issues, which may be related to stress in a home with dogs.
