Story
Meet Tippy Toes... This very cute Chihuahua mix is looking for his forever home, and trust me—he’s packed with personality in the best way. He’s got an adorable curly little tail, expressive eyes, and a serious talent for snuggling. Couch cuddles? He’s in. Nap buddy? Even better. He’s been doing amazing in our home with two kids (ages 1 and 5)—gentle, playful, and happy to be part of the chaos. He loves to play with our bigger dog and is also incredibly respectful and sweet with our blind 4-pound Chihuahua, which says a lot about his kind little heart. This smart boy uses the doggie door to go potty outside   . He’s also a big fan of sunbathing—you’ll often find him stretched out, soaking up the rays like a tiny vacationer. If you’re looking for a loving, well-rounded puppy who’s great with kids, dogs, and snuggles like a pro, this little guy might be your perfect match. His neuter is scheduled on 2/11/26, and then he can go to his furever home!  Put in an application today!  His adoption fee is $375 February 4, 2026, 3:36 pm

Story
Charlie is a 7-year-old Chihuahua mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! This sweet boy is the perfect mix of snuggly companion and cheerful sidekick. He adores people and loves being part of whatever his person is up to—whether that's an adventurous walk, a fun car ride, or a cozy evening on the couch. Charlie gets along beautifully with cats and dogs who have good manners. He’s been a star at the vet, charming every staff member he met, and he’s already crate trained (though he’d be delighted to share your bed if you let him—he’s quite the little snuggler!). He also appears to be house trained and has not had any accidents in his foster home. He travels wonderfully in the car, making him a great buddy for weekend errands or road trips. Charlie’s affectionate personality shines in everything he does—his gentle nature and love for cuddles make him the perfect furry friend for someone looking for a loyal and loving companion. If you’re looking for a devoted little dog who will happily join you on life’s adventures and cozy nights in, Charlie might just be your perfect match. Story
Meet Manny! He just arrived in Colorado on 2/9 and is living in a foster home in Aurora with three other dogs. What we know so far: -Manny is a sweet chihuahua that is great with other dogs -He is around age 1 and a tiny little nugget at 8 lbs -So far he seems potty trained but it's too early to say for sure -Sleeps quietly in his crate at night -Learning to walk on leash He is Heartworm positive but since he is so young shouldn't have any medical issues long term and our rescue will pay for the full treatment! This is a non-contagious disease that we see a lot in Texas dogs. He will need to be on activity restrictions for about 2-3 months while undergoing treatment but after that he should be in the clear. All POSO Dogs come with: - Spayed/Netuered - Basic Shots (age appropriate) - Fecal and tick disease testing - other medical concerns addressed before adoption - 2 Free one on one dog training sessions with a professional dog trainer - Training received in foster home - Basic things like some food, treats, leash and collar - PDFs of training material and local coupons and dog sitter recommendations
