Story
Jenny, AKA Ladybug, is approximately one year old. Born in the home of a "stuff" horder, her and her siblings were able to hide and didn't get a ton of socialization early on in their lives. She is a very happy and smart girl who thinks all animals are in this world to play with her and actually want to play with her just as much. Jenny adores being talked to and is very food motivated. She "goes to bed" on command and is great in her kennel. She is housetrained as well. Ladybug is what we refer to as a "dog's dog", she will follow the lead of the other dogs in the house and really wants to spend all of her time with them, people... not so much. While people are cool enough to get food/treats from, she will not allow touches or pets YET. she is making progress every day on being more social and has started to cuddle my legs when we sit on the couch, as long as I am not touching her or looking at her. She has the absolute cutest happy dance when I come down in the morning or home from running errands, or even when she thinks she is getting away withsomething naughty, such as every single time we started allowing her into more rooms (we slowly expanded her area of the home as she proved her ability to be safe and not potty inside). She loves thinking she is being sneaky and I encourage her to be brave and try new things by giving her food puzzles and new toys/equipment to play with/on. She may currently only be a comapnion to your other animals, and a very cute couch orament, but give this girl time and she will eventually reward you with becoming one of the most loyal comapnions. All she needs is love and patience. Jenny is currently being fostered in Aurora CO. All Rezdawg animals go home spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on age appropriate vaccinations ##2657257##

Story
Meet Pepino! Pepino is a gentle, sensitive boy who is making wonderful progress as he adjusts to life outside the shelter. He’s still learning that the world is a safe place, so he’s looking for a patient, understanding family who will give him the time and space he needs to truly come out of his shell. This sweet and submissive pup gets along well with other dogs, especially calm, mellow companions who match his easygoing nature. Pepino has a medium energy level—he enjoys playful bursts of zoomies after a nap but is just as happy relaxing nearby once he feels comfortable. Pepino is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. If he can’t make it in time, he will use washable puppy pads, showing just how hard he’s trying to be a good boy. He may be a little unsure around new people and might bark at first, but with patience and gentle introductions, he warms up and begins to trust. He is crate trained and will settle into a wire crate, though he may whine briefly as he gets comfortable. Pepino is still building confidence on walks, so a home with a fenced yard would be ideal to help him feel safe while he continues to grow. Because Pepino can become a bit nippy when he feels overwhelmed or needs space, he would do best in a home without young children and with adopters who understand and respect his boundaries. Above all, Pepino is looking for a kind, patient person who will support and encourage him while showing him that the world can be a safe and happy place. With time, love, and understanding, Pepino is sure to blossom into a deeply loyal and loving companion. ##2667762##

Story
Henry is a beautiful, sweet and loving boy. I've experienced a number of life changes, and it is now the best for Henry to find a new home. He is well behaved, good with humans, unsure around kids, and timid around other dogs. He has lived with his brother for the last 5 years and has interacted with other dogs without aggression. He does special needs, and socializing can be a bit challenging for him. He needs just a touch of extra love to help him navigate his anxiety. He's always been an incredible companion. Henry is very energetic and will love to be active. He loves to explore new places, and could probably walk for 10 hours straight and still not be tired. If you need a running buddy, this is your guy.
