Online Adoption Application &rsaquo; Nash is a tiny Doxie Mix! He will be arriving to the Hoosier state on May 5th!  Nash will be up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, preventatives, microchipped and neutered! CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and an additional $150 spay/ neuter deposit where applicable. All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped. All payments are by credit card.   Adopters schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption (unless they have a vet recommending otherwise). Gayle the Snail came to us from a breeder where she was relinquished by no fault of her own. She simply got too old for the pet store. This is a nice girl who is good with other dogs & with people. She is very sweet but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. Her birth date is 04/10/23 and she currently weighs 10#. No small children for Gayle as she can be quite scary to strangers, but an absolute love to her people. She has been vet. checked, spayed,  micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. She also had an umbilical hey so repair. Her adoption donation is $400 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. Please note that any additional funding collected for this pet goes back into our medical acct. to provide for other dogs in need. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bruno!  *His ADOPTION FEE WAIVED.*He is believed to be a 5 year old Daschund/Lab mix.*Bruno is a sweet dog that loves belly rubs and cuddling.*He needs to be the only dog in the home.  Bruno does well with smaller dogs, but he does not do well with dogs larger than him.*Bruno is not suited for apartment living.  He can be vocal and needs a yard for exercise, preferably a fenced yard.*He does not like to be crated, but has done well at his foster's home being left out alone during the day.*Bruno is potty trained and does have his rabies vaccination.*He loves people and has done well around kids.  Bruno needs to be in a home without cats though.*Bruno loves to explore outside and play but also is good with just chilling on the couch.*Unfortunately, we were given very little on vet records for Bruno, so he will need to be vetted.   *The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
