Story
Merk is a handsome hound with a big heart and an even bigger personality! This sweet guy is looking for a forever home with someone who understands hounds and loves their quirks- especially the musical ones! True to his breed, Merk can be quite the talker and has a lot to say about the world around him. He's quite sensitive to outside stimuli and does get vocal in response. Merk is looking for an experienced dog owner who can help him feel secure and where he can relish in all the attention he needs. A shelter is a tough place for a fella like Merk, everything is a bit much for him at times, and he gets frantic and has a tough time relaxing when his mind is set on something!Although he can be quite excitable at times, Merk does settle down when things are calm and he is able to show off his affectionate and goofy side- giving you kisses every chance he gets! In a home, hes a whole new hound, and deeply enjoys the time he gets to spend with you. He loves to stand and lean against you while receiving butt rubs, and doesnt want you to stop! Merk really enjoys squeaky toys, spiky balls are his favorite, and he will happily run after them and squeak them to his heart's content!Merk is looking for a home that can give him guidance, patience, and love. Who can show him positive reinforcement training and gentle learning encouragement as he enters this newfound world. If you're a hound savvy human who has room in your heart and home for one deserving dog, Merk may be the fella for you! Please feel free to fill out an application if you think Merk would be a good fit! Story
Meet Bjorn - The Tiny Bear With the Big, Golden HeartIf you've been dreaming of a puppy who's thoughtful, gentle, and quietly devoted... your dream dog has arrived.Bjorn (aka Bear) is an 8-week-old Aussie cross and the certified Old Soul of his litter. While his siblings are turning life into a puppy parkour course, Bjorn is the one sitting back, taking a deep breath, and really thinking about things. This boy doesn't rush - he observes, absorbs, and then blossoms.✨ Bjorn's Personality in a Nutshell🐾 The Gentle SoulBjorn is naturally shy and soft-spoken. He's not the one elbowing his way to the front of the cuddle line - he's the pup sitting patiently, watching you with those wise little eyes, waiting for your cue. And when you do invite him in? He's all heart.🐾 Slow Start, Beautiful BloomYes, he can be cautious at first - but don't let that fool you. Once Bjorn knows he's safe, his whole personality unfurls. He becomes steady, loyal, and unbelievably sweet. This boy attaches deeply and loves with intention.🐾 Cuddle ConnoisseurIf Bjorn had a résumé, "Professional Snuggler" would be at the top. Lap time? Absolutely. Belly rubs? Perfection. He is a quality-time gentleman through and through.🐾 The Thoughtful ExplorerBjorn prefers to understand the world before diving head-first into it. He's curious, but in a calm, collected way that makes him such a manageable little guy. He's not racing into mischief - he's studying the scene and choosing joy carefully.🌿 His Perfect HomeBjorn will thrive with humans who appreciate a quieter, more reflective pup. He'll melt for someone who gives him the extra time he needs to feel secure - and the reward is huge: a lifelong, devoted companion. He has been lovingly socialized in foster care and would do beautifully with a calm, confident pet who can show him that the world is safe (and full of snacks).💛 A Note From His Foster Mom"There's a quiet intelligence in his eyes that I just love. He's the puppy who sits at your feet and waits for a pat rather than jumping up. He's sweet with other dogs and has a calming presence that's rare in a puppy - he just needs a patient companion to show him the world is a big and friendly place."If you're searching for a gentle, soulful puppy who will love you with steady devotion, Bjorn is your boy.💛🐻✨ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 4.53 Age: 0yrs 0mths 8wks

Story
Meet Karu - the smallest package with the biggest heart!Don't let her size fool you. Karu may be the tiniest of her litter, but she is overflowing with energy, curiosity, and a zest for life that could power a small village. At just 8 weeks old, this Aussie-cross beauty is ready to wiggle her way into a forever family who can keep up with her spirited little self.✨ Tiny but MightyKaru has no idea she's the runt - she struts around like she invented confidence. First to investigate a new noise? Karu. First to explore the corner of the room you didn't even know existed? Also Karu. Brave, resilient, and bursting with puppy moxie, she is a whole lot of personality in a pint-sized frame.✨ Tug-of-War QueenLooking for a play buddy? Say no more. Karu is serious about tug-of-war and will proudly unleash her "Big Dog Strength™" the moment she grabs her rope toy. She may be small, but this girl plays like she's auditioning for the strong-pup championships.✨ Soulful & Connection-FocusedThose eyes. Those. Eyes.Karu has the kind of expressive gaze that makes you feel like she's reading your thoughts - and offering supportive life advice. She is deeply people-oriented and already showing how eager she is to learn, bond, and please her humans.✨ Social Butterfly in TrainingRaised in a loving foster home with her siblings, Karu has been socialized with both dogs and cats. She's got great manners for a youngster and is ready to join a multi-pet household with ease.🌟 The Perfect MatchKaru would thrive in an active home that embraces play, adventure, and positive training. She's the type who wants to be part of the action - then happily crash for a well-earned puppy snooze right in your arms.💬 Foster Mom Notes:"Karu is a special one. She tilts her head in this way that makes you swear she fully understands everything you're saying. She's the engine of the group - sweet, people-focused, and easy to scoop up, even though her spirit is absolutely huge."If you're ready for a tiny powerhouse with a giant heart, Karu can't wait to meet you.
