Story
Leah is a sweetheart. We found her crossing a busy intersection. Since I already have three other dogs and two cats, and I am unemployed taking care of my mom who is 104, I cannot keep her. I took her to the vet and they did an exam, gave her heartworm, flea and tick treatment, and lab work. She is good. She does have a skin allergy as a result of being in the street but we paid a vet and have medication. Once done, there will be no need to continue. We did not put her with our dogs, and she did chase our cats and from that know she should not be with cats. We do not want her put to sleep, used for breeding pits, or for fighting. She is a great dog. But we highly suggest she go with a family that does NOT have other dogs or cats. Alone is is snuggly, funny, loving, and just so kind. You will never regret making her part of your family.

Story
Don Danilo is the nicest dog, as natural result of his breed he’s protecting with his owner and very loyal, he gets fine with kids but he’s not the type of dog that wants to be petted by a stranger or all of the time. He usually spends his days chilling, sleeping, and playing with his toys, he loves treats and most of all he enjoys being able to have his personal space but always likes to be next to his human. He’s about to turn 4 years old this August, we had to perform a hip surgery because when he was little he was diagnosed with hip displasia which led him into surgery, but now he is very healthy. One important thing is that he doesn’t like to be touched in the hip area, not because he’s in pain, it’s a natural behavior he got after that long and painful recovery

Story
Meet Bucky – Your Loyal, Loving Tripod Companion! 🐾 For Foster or Adoption! Bucky is the biggest sweetheart with an even bigger heart. A true survivor, Bucky is a recent amputee who’s currently healing from both the loss of a leg and a tough past. But don’t let that fool you—he’s incredibly affectionate, gentle, and just wants to be your shadow. This three-legged lovebug is calm, well-mannered, and happiest cuddling at your side or giving soft, slobbery kisses. 🐶💛 He’s a velcro dog through and through—if you're moving, he’s following. 🐕‍🦺 What Makes Bucky So Special? * Non-reactive to other dogs his size * NO cats or small dogs, please (high prey drive) * Very quiet – not a barker, at all! * Potty-trained * Walks beautifully on leash and redirects easily with treats * LOVES food and takes treats so gently * Enjoys car rides and watching the world roll by * Playful, but tires quickly – currently heartworm positive and recovering from surgery * Destroyer of plush toys, but lover of tough chew toys * Easily trainable – smart, eager, and a total people-pleaser 🩺 Medical Needs Bucky is heartworm positive and a recent amputee, so he needs a calm, supportive home where he can rest, recover, and be monitored to make sure he doesn’t overdo it (he wants to keep going even when he’s tuckered out!). 🙏 FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Bucky hates spending his life in a kennel environment, and needs a soft bed, gentle hands, and a calm home to heal. All medical and basic supplies will be covered if you open your home to him as a foster while he recovers. Bucky needs loving, forever home, and at 7 years old, this angel will reward his family with love, cuddles and never ending joy! 💛 If you can't adopt, please consider fostering. He needs a place to rest, recover and be loved.

Story
Sweet Blue Nose Pit Bull Looking for a Loving Home This beautiful blue nose pit bull was found with no trace of an owner. He’s about 2 years old, according to the vet, and was recently neutered at my expense. He’s incredibly sweet, super smart, and listens well to commands. He’s quiet in his crate, spending most of his time there without a fuss. He loves to play fetch—even though it seems he never had toys before. When he plays, he always takes the toy back to his crate. He gets along well with other dogs, but I already have two, and they tend to take the toy from him. He’s gentle and just wants to play. The vet even mentioned how attentive and well-behaved he is. He deserves a chance at a forever home where he can truly shine.
