Story
Meet Ginger 🤍 It’s incredibly sad, but Ginger’s owner recently had to move into an assisted living facility, leaving Ginger without the only home she’s ever known. Ginger is 11 years old and has clearly been very loved her entire life. Her owner’s daughter was driving a long distance every single day just to let Ginger out because she couldn’t bring her home due to having a dog that wasn’t dog friendly. For the past few weeks, Ginger has spent over 24 hours at a time alone in the house waiting for someone to come back for her. Now this sweet senior girl is terrified in a shelter environment after spending her whole life in a home. Despite everything, Ginger is an absolutely amazing dog. She is gentle, loving, friendly with dogs and cats, and just wants comfort and safety again. Senior dogs deserve better than ending up in a shelter during their golden years. Ginger deserves a soft place to land and someone to love her through this next chapter of her life 🤍 Please consider giving a senior dog a chance.

Story
Taylor was found dumped in the everglades at just 2 years old. Even sadder, he was positive for heartworm. He has undergone three treatments and must stay on preventatives. Taylor is absolutely adoring his second chance and loves nothing more than to melt into his foster mom at every chance. When he first arrived in rescue he was nervous because he'd been let down and hurt before. Now he's a silly and lovey boy who wags his tail at every mention of his name and happy jumps touching his foster mom's tush at every meal as she makes his bowl. He's very loyal guarding her door when she's cleaning a room. He even helps with the chores by supervising everything she does. He is a little scared of loud storms and thunder so he would love a thunder buddy to cuddle him through and reassure him. Taylor has had his heart broken and deserves a home with someone who will appreciate the most loving, cuddly, and melty boy you can imagine. His adoption fee includes his army of lambchop toys that he loves to carry around with him.
