Story
Nyla is a very sweet dog, she loves people and kids. She gets along with some pets you have to take your time to introduce her to other dogs because she's very snappy. But I referred her to be with someone who needs emotional support because she loves to be cuddled with. She house trained but needs to be walk with a leash because she will run away. I really want someone who loves pets to give her the attention she needs 🙏🏾🙏🏾 thanks hope to hear from someone soon.

Story
My daughter left her with me and because of financial reasons I have to sell my home and move. She really a big lap dog. She does not pull on the leash. She loves to just lay around. Rarely gets into anything. She uses the bathroom outside as long as someone walks her or makes sure she goes out. She’s really a great dog and really love able. She needs a family or someone who will be with her. She really just loves to be cuddled. My grandkids would climb on her and she just lets them. Honestly a great dog I just can’t keep her.

Story
We adopted Nala last year from an older relative who lives in a townhouse. Since she was not able to explore, she tended to run away. Now, she gets out twice a day and does not run away anymore, even when off leash. Nala is a playful companion, but gets over excited and jumps on guests and has to be restrained. Shortly after we adopted her, she rushed at neighbors. It is unclear whether the outcome would have been playful or harmful but we no longer let her off the leash when neighbors are in their yard. She also may have nipped my grandson who tried to retrieve a pipe cleaner she was trying to eat. No blood was drawn if she did. Nala also has big-dog/small-dog syndrome and attacked two small dogs in our neighborhood when we first got her. However, she plays happily with larger dogs. Nala had not exhibited food aggression with regular meals, but recently snapped at us when we attempted to touch a rawhide treat. She has allergies and eats grain-free wet food (usually Fresh Pet).

Story
I adopted Juliette about four months ago from a neighbor’s friend who had an unexpected litter of three puppies and needed to rehome them quickly due to housing issues. According to the previous owner, Juliette was born on March 8, 2025. Unfortunately, I am now looking for a new home for her due to significant allergies I’ve developed to her fur, as she does shed quite a bit. I also have two senior dogs, and while Juliette is very gentle, she has the energy and strength of a young, playful puppy, and I worry she could accidentally injured them. Juliette is a beautiful, sweet girl with an incredibly loving personality. She is loyal, attentive, and very intelligent. She’s highly athletic, food-motivated, and enjoys cuddling once she feels comfortable. She can be shy around men and unfamiliar situations at first, but with patience and reassurance, she continues to make steady progress. Juliette would truly thrive in a home that can provide her with attention, structure, exercise, and love
