Story
Meet Sweetheart – Your Future Adventure Buddy and Couch Cuddler! Sweetheart is a 50-lb Shepherd mix with a zest for life and a heart full of love. This high-energy girl is always up for a good time—whether she’s running, jumping, or hunting lizards in the backyard, she’s got the spirit of a true explorer. But don’t let her playful side fool you; when the day winds down, she’s just as happy to snuggle up and snooze by your side. Sweetheart gets along with other dogs with a proper intro. She thrives with an alpha big dog or charms every small pup she meets! She’s got her basic commands down pat, rides like a dream in the car, and has stellar recall, making her the perfect companion for outings or just hanging out at home. No need to worry about escapes or chewed-up shoes either—this loyal lady prefers to stick close to her human and is non-destructive, so no crate required. While she takes a little time to warm up to new faces, once she trusts you, you’ve got a friend for life. Born in the rescue and still waiting for her forever home a year later due to some tough luck with adopters, Sweetheart is ready to find the family she’s been dreaming of. Could that be you? If you’re looking for a devoted, adventurous, and cuddly companion, Sweetheart might just steal your heart! Adoption fee includes DHPP vaccine, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian. Please fill out our application at https://gkarma.wufoo.com/forms/good-karma-pet-rescue-dog-adoption-screening/ if you would like to adopt or meet this dog, and we will be in touch right away!

Story
Meet Magnolia 🌸 Magnolia is a sweet senior girl around 9 years old with the gentlest soul. She absolutely loves belly rubs, and if she wants more attention, she’ll softly tap you with her paw to let you know more love is required. She listens beautifully, is very obedient, and gets along great with both dogs and cats. Magnolia has a mellow, loving temperament and is very protective of her home and people — but out in public, she wants to say hi to everyone! She does great at the vet, enjoys car rides, and has perfect leash manners. She’s a bit of a spoiled girl (in the best way) and will do little low cries if you’re not paying her enough attention. Magnolia would do best in a home with older kids who can respect that she’s a big, strong dog, but overall, she’s truly a gentle giant who just wants to be loved. 💕 Adoption fee includes DHPP vaccine, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian. Story
Please meet Corey! She’s the most wonderful Chi I ever met. We estimate her to be not more than 1 years old. She gets along well with the entire household of pets including a schnauzer who is almost 4 times her size. Smile! She is incredibly affectionate, does not mind cats, full of healthy, happy, playful energy, and an absolute joy to be around. She barks a little when I leave for work but settles down quickly. She’s still getting potty trained and spends her time running in the yard with her resident canines or curled up next to you. I have not done any leash walks. I expect she’ll need to learn how that works but she’s super smart so that should be easy. Whoever gets approved to adopt this sweetheart will feel like she won the lottery. I cannot say enough good things about her! Adoption fee includes DHPP vaccine, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian. Story
Meet Kramer Rico! He is a mixed breed from Puerto Rico! He will most likely weigh 50 pounds as a grown adult. He is a smart boy and his housebroken, crate, trained, and learning commands. He loves to play in the backyard and is learning how to navigate a leash with walks. He gets along with other dogs and people of all sizes. He is still a puppy so he has a few bad habits we are working on such as jumping up, dragging all the rugs outside to the back yard and not listening at times. He is a typical teenage pup, similar to a teenage person. He will be the best boy once he learns what’s the right behavior! He is still a puppy! He is not a chewer or a big barker. He is a sweet and loving puppy! If interested please apply. DOB: 9/14/2024 Adoption fee includes DHPP vaccine, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) heartworm testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, wellness vet visit, one month of pet insurance and microchip.
