Story
I’m looking for help finding a new home for my 10-year-old black lab, Sage. This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write, but my priority has to be my two-year-old. My dog is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and people-loving — he adores adults and has the energy and personality of a much younger dog. Unfortunately, he has become increasingly uncomfortable around toddlers, and despite a lot of time and effort, it’s clear that a home with very young children isn’t the right environment for him. He would thrive in a calm, adult home or with older kids who understand dog boundaries. I want him to go to someone who can give him the peaceful, loving life he deserves.

Story
I had my pet Nakiyah since she was a month old. Long story short, my former best friend had chosen her for herself and when I came to live with her, we ultimately figured that she would be my new home, new state, new life puppy. The year has gone by so fast and so did Nakiyahs growth. And during that year my former best friend and I have sadly has moved apart leaving me basically without a true permanent home. I've tried to keep her but along with our new situation, my stress has gone up significantly and I am always upset at her. I don't like how I'm not able to take care of her properly. I love her so much and it's hurting me to know I have to let her go. But I really need to focus on me and make sure that she has the best life she deserves to live. I'm only looking for serious persons. I was going to make this temporary, but I think I'm gonna go back home to California. Please contact me for meet and greets and more information. Thank you.
