This big man is big ball of fur and love. He will want to be near you seeing what you’re doing all the time. He is working hard to learn commands and is motivated by treats. He loves his scratches and will never turn away from them. He likes spending his days lounging on the floor or going outside for playtime. He walks well on a leash and loves to ride in the car. Balto does have an eye condition that makes his eye goopy, but it doesn’t seem to bother him. He is roughly 5 years old and 70lbs. He currently lives with 3 large dogs, 2 cats and 3 kids under 10 and he is great with everyone. At adoption events he enjoys when anyone pets him or shows him attention. Balto is an amazing dog that's ready to find his forever person to spend life with. Nova is a 2yo female hound mix that was a recent intake from Kentucky, where she had been living outside. Nova is very loyal, loving and affectionate. She just wants to love you and to receive love back After some excitement with dances when she taps her front feet, she is able to calm down quickly and once relaxed she loves belly rubs! she is treat and food motivated. She knows basic commands of sit, shake, and paw. She loves to go outside and run off some energy and then she returns, eager to receive treats and belly rubs. She is potty trained, crate trained and does well with other dogs. She walks well on a leash. She will need continued training so that she doesn't jump up on smaller children when she's excited to greet them. She has showed so much love since she has been here.
