Zoy is16 years old. This girl came to us from an elderly couple that could no longer care for her. She is housetrained with a dog door. She takes two heart meds twice a dsy. She is slow to warm up to new people but is very fun and loving of you give her time. she does ok with dogs and cats but grumpy with them and prefers her own space. All available dogs are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and given a broad spectrum dewormer . Koozie is a one year old female healer who found herself in a local shelter about to run out of time. Koozie has undergone treatment for heartworms and hasmade a full recovery. She has done very well with the dogs and one cat in her foster home, likes to be where the people are and would love nothing more than a safe and cozy place to live! Koozie will be available once her heartworm treatment is complete but we are accepting applications for adoption now :) This petite 30 pound little girl is looking for someone to love with all her heart; is it you? Duchess is a super sweet 5 yr old girl who came to us after her elderly human dad passed away. She is good with dogs and cats. She is a dachshund, but is very overweight at 23 lbs. we believe she should maybe weight about 13-14 pounds. She seems to like children, so kids 6 and up would be fine for this girl. Duchess does not walk well on leash yet so she would need a securely fenced in yard. All available dogs are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and given a broad spectrum dewormer . Tiny little chupacabra. Lolly is a sweet 11 yr old Chihuahua, but she looks a little like she's the mythical chupacabra! She's an easy little lap dog who likes to sit on your lap while watching TV. She is Housebroken, and great with other dogs. Although she does have allergies, and requires medication, she is a happy and healthy little girl. She have done allergy testing on her, and know what she needs to avoid. Lolly would do best in a relaxed home with someone who is retired or works from home. She wouldn't be happy away from her people for long periods. She will require a securely fenced yard, so an apartment wouldn't work well for her, and children aren't her favorite, so no kids under 12 for this little one please. All available dogs are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and given a broad spectrum dewormer .
