Story
Chula (Chile A.K.A Chile bean) is around 13 years old. I unexpectedly took over her care back in 2021 after my ex and I parted ways. She had a tough past with abusive families and is wary of men, especially tall ones, but becomes very loyal once she trusts someone. She’s a one-person dog, doesn't get along with other dogs, and is okay with cats as long as they leave her alone. She’s not great with kids, but she tolerates my son since she’s been around him since his birth. Chula is in her senior years—she loves napping, sunbathing, and cuddling, but still has playful moments. She’s quick and active when awake, but prefers being close to her person. Favorite passed time is laying in blankies fresh from the dryer I’m a single mom, balancing work, school, and life in a small apartment. Chula needs more attention and outdoor time than I can provide right now. I’m looking for a loving home where she can get the care and companionship she deserves.

Story
Jax is a 2 year old super-mutt thats full of love looking for a new home. We have a complete DNA work up from Embark. Up to date on all vax and neutered. He loves nothing more than snuggling and being the center of attention. He does great on walks (obeys excellent with leash and commands). He has been professionally trained. He came to us at 8 weeks old with a brother; being rescued from the street. We already had 2 year old female in the home and they did well together for the first year and then the alpha dynamic got skewed and it led to irreparable damage to their brother/ sister relationship. They are kept separate and go to doggie daycare on different days to try to keep peace. After a 1.3 year struggle with training alone and with a professional we felt it was best to ensure their wellbeing and happiness is taken care of. Keeping them separate is sad. They get violent together. Will travel to good home and take him back if not the right fit. He needs to be the only pet.

Story
Fred is a sweet 4 year old German Shepard/ lab mix born on 10/12/2020. Fred has been with his family since he was 8 weeks old and has been an only pet for the past two years. He would do well in a home with other dogs or as an only pet. Fred has grown up around children ranging from toddlers to teens and would make a great family pet. Fred is crate trained, loves going on walks, car rides, playing in the yard, visiting dog park and snuggle on the couch. He is super sweet, eager to please and ready to find his furever home. 💙
