Story
Gina is a fun-loving girl who loves playing fetch, tug-o-war, her splash pad, watching tv, and her treats. She loves being the center of attention and by your side. She is very food motivated and smart, but can be headstrong. She was raised with two other large dogs but as she’s aged she’s made it clear that she’d prefer to be an only dog. She’s 7yo, spayed, and house trained. She’s up to date on shots, her heart worm and flea and tick treatments. She needs Purina Gastro EN food, but has always handled regular dog treats well. She enjoys being indoors and has never liked the heat or cold. She enjoys kids and playing with them. We love her very much and want her to be happy in a home where she can be the star. Story
Blackie is 1 year and 8 months. He’s a black lab mix, we’re unsure what he’s mixed with. Up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, potty trained, and currently teaching him to sit and shake. He loves affection and the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet. If he doesn’t get affection, he’ll just lay down and relax on the couch or floor. He loves to eat and be around people and dogs. I’m currently fostering him, so he doesnt get euthanized in the shelter. His story: he was born and raised in Mexico, grew up and took care of 5 other puppies who all got adopted. Hes been around kids, who named him blackie. He was unfortunately severely abused and been poison with rat poison in mexico, he was rescued by a foster and bought him to OK. They unfortunately couldn’t look after him anymore so I made an impulsive decision to foster him until we find him a home. I work two jobs and dont have time to look after him. If anyone is willing to meet him or take him in that would be lovely.

Story
Xena is a sweet, 1.5 year-old Dane-German Shepherd mix located in Edmond, OK. She is a happy dog and friendly with everyone she meets. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with her foster brother (Yorkie) and sister (German Shepherd). We don’t know how she feels about cats. She has lived with adults and other dogs, but judging by the way she plays with her doggie friends and how she loves to chase balls, she would make a wonderful family dog. She is smart, potty trained, knows sit and down, and is not barky. She loves giving and receiving affection, always wanting to be close to her people. She is an indoor dog, crate trained, and sleeps in her crate at night. She needs a home with a yard or a running buddy. She is also a very good eater with no food aggression. She comes with her wire crate, crate cover, bowls, and bedding. Fostering for Happy Hounds Animal Rescue: https://happyhoundsok.org/adopt/
