Story
Amazon is 8 years old and is a good girl. I just don’t give her the attention she needs. I am a foster parent. And I currently have a baby girl who is 8 months old and I work as a special education teacher. Amazon was supposed to be trained as a support dog, but in 4 months she only made it through the obedience training. She is rather timid. I got her shortly after I lost my husband and 5 year old little boy to a drunk driver. Amazon had her place in my life and was good for me to have, but now I just don’t have the time she deserves. She loves to swim, play fetch, and play tug of war. I just want her to be somewhere she can get some more love and affection. Thanks, Jen Mier

Story
I’m a 3 legged wonder! I was hit by a car as a stray 2 years ago and had my back leg amputated, I have had no issues/problem with it since! I am very active, cuddly and fun to be around. I need to be in a home with NO other dogs as I get protective. I am playful with cats and will chase them. I am about 4 years old (not quite sure). I am spayed. I would do well in a home with older kids and no other pets.

Story
Hi, Im Lucy! Im a really good dog that has graduated from 8 weeks of puppy essential training! I even won the leave it competition in my class!! Other commands Ive mastered are: heel, sit, off, down, place, wait, go (when she needs to leave a space), stay, &kennel. My owners say Im VERY smart & like to learn new tricks. Im even bell trained when I need to use the bathroom. I have some really great qualities but I do have anxiety & find myself a little too nervous to be around young children who do not understand boundaries. Other than my human family, I live with 2 cats & do well with leaving them alone to do their own things. I am also really good at taking my anxiety pills with peanut butter every day! I can get scared & bark at those passing by my home, but I do listen when Im told to be quiet. I could use more socialization with other dogs, sometimes I find dogs bigger than me a little scary. Though I have big feelings, I am a really great dog! Id love to meet you!!

Story
This is Apollo, he is a wonderful dog and deserves the best out of life, I am alone and work a job that requires 3 12 hour days out of the week. Due to this he has been isolated longer than I like while I am at work, he became people and dog aggressive, if he doesnt know you or is uncomfortable he will not be friendly. I love him too much to not see him thrive, and recently I got injured so I couldnt get him his shots like he has needed or the nueter as well, but with training and love he will be a phenomenal family dog.

Story
Theo is a 7 month old Aussiedoodle mix. He is a big boy at about 55 pounds and counting! He is housetrained, knows some basic commands, and is very treat motivated. Although we have taken walks almost twice daily, we still pull on the leash when we walk. Theo is a sweet boy, but is still learning all of his manners…not jumping, not snatching things…etc… He is simply too strong and big for me, he exceeded his expected size quite a while ago!

Story
Bruce was found as a stray when he was 6 months old. Rehoming has been near impossible. Hes been with me for years now and I was never really in a good place to keep him. He is very sweet and full of love. He prefers women. When he was found, the vet said both his hind legs had been broken and healed on their own. He is extremely loving. He just wants to cuddle and love. He likes adventures and does well on a leash, but doesnt have the best recall. He was found right after I became a mom. Ultimately he needs more that I cannot provide. He also has a female he's been with who needs rehoming as well. Hes not aggressive towards people. He likes other dogs, but tries to be big boss and dominant. He does not do well with other animals as he has a high prey drive. But hes done well with farm animals like chickens and pigs. Hes a power house, just a little gimpy. Hes brave. Funny. Sweet. A wonderful boy.
