Story
I found this dog abandoned as a puppy. He was significantly malnourished. I brought him home with the hopes I could train him, but it has not worked out. This is a dog with a great amount of energy and needs an adopter who will work with him, spend time with him and train him. There are no special medical needs. I am working on getting him neutered and his shots up to date, but will update profile when completed.

Story
Rosie was the first born and largest of a litter of 6. She was born January 4, 2019. She is the sweetest and most loveable dog. She loves being close to her owner and would prefer to sleep with you on your bed, right by your side. She does not get along with other dogs as she is protective of her owner with other animals and doesn't like to share her owner with other pets. She is not aggressive towards people but can be a little stand-offish of strangers at first but once she smells you and gets some love from you, she is a sweetheart and wants your full attention. We kept her and one of her sisters out of the litter and they got along fine for the first year, however, we now have to keep them separated as Rosie gets aggressive with her sister and it turns into a dog fight. She is full of energy and loves to run and play in a big yard. She loves to chase the ball and water from a sprinkler or water hose. She would do great with a single person or family with no other animals.
