🐾 Meet Chai! 🐾
Chai is a sweet, playful puppy with a big personality, a whole lot of love to give, and a pretty impressive list of accomplishments already! 💕
This smart girl knows sit, down, and kennel, and she's almost mastered roll over, too! Sometimes she gets a little distracted halfway through, but hey, there's a lot going on in the world when you're a puppy. 😂 She's also doing great walking on a harness and leash!
And guess what? Chai is officially potty trained! 🎉 She's been working hard on her house manners, and her foster family is so proud of how far she's come!
Chai is also pretty good about going into her kennel, especially when it's time to eat. But don't let that fool you! She's figured out exactly when her foster mom is getting ready to leave, and suddenly she forgets how to go in on her own. Instead, she'll sit and stare until someone produces a treat. 😂 This girl knows how to work the system!
Chai loves other dogs and thinks the cats in her foster home should be her friends, too. She sometimes gets excited and wants to chase them when they run, but it's playful rather than aggressive, and she listens when corrected. She's even managed to convince one of the resident cats to let her snuggle up next to him, despite his initial protests! 🥹🐱
Like any puppy, Chai is still working on her manners. She can get a little jumpy when she's excited and is learning to play gently, but she's responsive to redirection and does well when given toys to chew on.
And with the colder weather rolling in, Chai has decided that cuddling is one of her favorite activities! ❤️ She's been extra snuggly lately and loves nothing more than being close to her people.
Chai would love a family who will continue her training, give her plenty of opportunities to play, and appreciate all the love and silliness that comes with raising a puppy.
