Story
I adopted Rogue not too long ago. She was a stray who ended up in an animal shelter after her original owners never responded to contact. She's around 2 and 1/2 and it's a sweetie. She's a total lap cat, she will want to lay near you, on you, whatever is closest to you. She likes being pet pretty much anywhere once she is comfortable and enjoys snuggles and being picked up. She likes to eat and is very food motivated so please be aware that she may lick your face at 7am to be fed or loved on. She is a licker. One of her forms of love is excessive licking and grooming. This does mean she will nip at your hands, feet, arms, etc while doing so but it's not rough. It's typically cat grooming levels of light biting. I have learned that a soft blow to her face will usually get her to let up and continue licking. I just want someone who can give her more space to roam and let her be herself! She's fairly easy I just want her to go to a good, loving home.

Story
Goku is an easily timid and anxious cat who has not been in a home longer than 2 years. His first owner quickly rehomed him within 6 months, and his first rehome was a failure within two week due to allergies. His current home is his 2nd foster, immediately after, with one other 8 year old female cat, Gremlin. At present we've had Goku since his last foster for almost 2 years. Goku has not bonded with Gremlin. He tolerates her but he also can stalk, play aggressively, swat, and attack her. Sometimes become defensive of his bed or area if she is around. He has strong boundaries. Goku seems to be a cat who needs a family with a younger male or a single cat home. He is very affectionate and loving in the mornings. He loves snuggles and sleeping with his owners and sun bathing. We are looking for Goku's forever home that can ensure he will have his safety and anxiety taken in high consideration. Goku will transition best in a foster house, rather a shelter. Loves boxes and scratchpad

Story
Hi everyone!  I am Abby and I about 5 months and a black beauty that is waiting to be your forever jewel. I am looking for a home with some one who wants to play with me and not expect me to just lay around doing nothing. I love activity because it stimulates my body and my brain and I'm a happier kitten.. I love those wand dangling toys and am ready to pounce to show you how good I am at this moving thing. If you want to know more please email ccrnewengland@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 5, 2024, 1:27 pm

Story
Lily is a sweet 3 years old who is super active throughout the day. She loves to get head rubs and chin rubs as she would instantly purr. It will take sometime for her to warm up to you completely and gain trust. Once she trust you she will not stop loving you and constantly ask for pets and rubs. Lily is also chatty as she like to communicate when she’shungry or wants attention. She gets excited for food and will come to you to get treats, rubs, meals, or attention. She gets along with other cat as well as long as there is a slow introduction. She grew up with another cat and bonded very well. Lily also loves to stay active by playing with her toys and playing with her other cat buddy. She is able to learn some tricks like sit, come, and would respond to you. She loves sitting beside her favorite human, on the couch, blanket, or laying on the bed. Lily would thrive well when there is one cat or being the only cat to get as much as attention, love, and care that she needs.

Story
Mattie was giffed to me by a neighbor. My neighbor and I are both are retired veterans. My neighbors thoughts were that she would provide emotional support and peace of mind I need. In conclusion Mattie is a sweet “indoor cat’ but too active for me to provide the kind of support and care that she needs. She’s a loving cat well cared for; but I’m no longer able to care for her with the kind of love and attention she needs and deserves.
