Bubba is a 7 year old (estimated) German Shepherd/husky mix. I adopted him from a rescue back in 2023 and loved him ever since. Bubba is very calm and loving. Most of the day when I am home, he lays by my side and plays with his toys. He also loves to spend time in the back yard just resting on the grass. Bubba gets along well with mild-energy dogs and great with other people. He loves being scratched by everyone when I take him to family events! Since Bubba came from a rescue, he does have some anxiety issues, which is making it difficult for me to take him with me when I move soon. He is on anxiety medication, but other than that he is a normal dog. The best home for Bubba would be a home with someone that is there quite often like a stay at home parent, someone who works remotely, etc.

My wife adopted Fergus 6 years ago as a puppy just before we were married. As our family has grown and our lifestyle evolves, it’s become difficult to keep up with this big hairy boy’s needs in our tight fitting home.He’s truly an amazing animal and companion. Very loving, affectionate, and cuddly. His biggest frustration for us lately is getting into the trash or eating off the table if we leave things out while gone. That, combined with coat/shedding maintenance and religious vacuuming has added to much to our very full plates.He will thrive in an environment with lots of attention, affection, space to play, kids or other dogs, and a very routine grooming schedule.

But everyone just calls me Tye so that’s ok. I’m a 2.5 year old German Shepherd and weigh 75 lbs. I haven’t really been taught anything before I came to my foster home, which is a shame because I’m a typical GSD: intelligent & curious, athletic & high-energy, and thriving when you give me something to do. I’ve learned so much in the few days I’ve been here and am eager to keep going. I’m house trained and crate trained and sleep all through the night; except, of course, when there are burglars, but luckily, we didn’t have any yet. I fetch balls even when you try to hide them and love to play with my toys. My favorite game is playing tug-of-war. And I have already learned to run through an agility tunnel! I’m still learning to walk on a leash. I love going on car rides and am learning to sit and wait when the door is opened. Once I’m worn out, I love to snuggle and hang out close to you. I’m good with other large dogs but still a bit of an oaf and need to learn proper behavior around other dogs. I didn’t have interaction with small dogs yet. Same thing with kids: I’m good with the teenager in my home but haven’t met any little kids. I’m looking for an active family with GSD or high-energy, large dog experience, with a strong commitment to training and socialization so I can become the awesome German Shepherd that is hiding in me. Charlie has been with me since he was a pup. He’s six years old now and is truly the greatest dog I’ve ever had. He’s loyal, friendly, and very loving. He spent most of his life out at my 40 acre ranch and is used to having lots of wide open spaces. He’s never run away. He always stays close by. He’s great on a leash. And will even walk beside me without a leash. He knows several commands including heal, sit, lay down, stay, come, get your frisbee, bring it, and back. I’m brokenhearted to have to find a home for him, but due to my life circumstances, I just can’t keep him with me any longer. I’m hoping to find the perfect home for him as I know he’s got many good years left and will bring the right family, unlimited joy, laughter, and love.

She is also crate trained! Kia is ready for a family that is going to take her on lots of adventures! She loves to get out and see the world and would thrive with an active family! She is good with large & medium dogs, people, and kids! She is looking for a foster home or her forever family.
