I love playing with Jolly Balls, chasing balls and squirrels, working with a flirt pole, napping, and anything that squeaks. I'm food- and toy-motivated, which makes training fun and easy! I've learned many commands, including sit, lay down, wait, bed, kennel, come, touch, up-up, and shake, and I'm working on place, gentle, leave it, watch me, and drop it. I enjoy structured walks, playtime, belly rubs, scratches, and plenty of naps in my dog bed or kennel. I walk well on a leash, ride calmly in the car, and keep my foster home clean and intact. I can be a little reactive with dogs on walks or new visitors but am improving with training. I'd thrive in an active, loving, single-pet home with a fenced yard and someone experienced with working breeds. Bonus if you love fetch, long walks, and belly rubs! She enjoys being around other dogs, though introductions should always be slow and supervised to help set her up for success. She has no known experience with cats and has not had direct interactions with children.She is house trained and eager to be part of a home again. Anuba does pull strongly on leash and may bark when left alone, so she will benefit from continued training and structure.
