Story
Location: Renton, WA DOB: 11/19/2023 (estimate) Take a look at our boy NEPTUNE! Neptune is affectionate, eager to please, and FULL of life. This boy LOVES his zoomies fast, furious, and always hilarious. He’s a toy enthusiast too, taking great joy with his stuffies (perhaps a little too much joy. He’s a master destuffer!). After playtime though, he’s ready to settle in and snuggle. Although Neptune came from a shelter with very little training, his skills have greatly expanded! He knows sit, stay, come, wait, drop, crate, and bed. He’s potty trained, crate trained, and working on his leash manners (especially greeting other dogs – he’s excitable, but doesn’t appreciate being challenged). He’s smart, responsive, and wants nothing more than to please. The perfect home for Neptune: Best as a solo dog or with a well-mannered pup friend Kiddos, but does best with older ones (remember, BIG zoomies) Best in a cat-free home Needs room to run and play Not suited for busy public events, but perfectly happy being your stay-at-home sidekick Neptune is a giant, goofy cuddle bug in search of the most loving family ever! If you’re ready for a loving, intelligent, best friend, and live in WA state, apply today to meet Neptune! https://forms.gle/G2dJx2NV4JXZcZ9F6

Story
Welcome Reesaw to CCPAL Rescue. She is an 18-month-old Great Dane mix dog. She weighs in at 102 pounds. She is good with other dogs and came in with an older Great Dane named Planter. Reesaw does pull on leash but we will be working with that. She is moderately active and would be fine with a moderately active family. She is a good balance between active and couch potato. She is good with people and will bond deeply with her person. Great Danes are typically a little shy and they warm up and bond deeply to their family. She does fit this characteristic. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. Someone who has owned an XL dog or a Great Dane would be preferable. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Pickles is a 1 1/2 year old Great Dane/Retriever mix who came to us from California after his owner passed away. He is ready to find his forever family in the PNW! Pickles is an amazingly sweet boy, he loves his people and is very affectionate. He is friendly with everyone and will make a great companion. After Pickles warms up he is goofy and loves to run around and play. He will need a family that can keep him properly exercised, and ideally has a fenced yard for this big boy to run and play! Pickles has been good with other dogs in our care, and would do well with a dog companion, or fine as an only dog with continued socialization. Pickles is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Briscoe! She is a stunning 4-5 year-old, 63 LB great Dane, who came to us from an overcrowded shelter and is looking for her forever home! Briscoe is an absolute sweetheart and has been very playful with all of our staff and a few of the other dogs in our care! She came to us very underweight and we are working on bringing her back up to a healthy size, so she will require an adopter who is committed to helping her continue her journey back to health and put some weight on her. Briscoe has been a great leash walker, incredibly loving, and has shown to have quite the goofy side. She has beautiful eyes ~ one brown and one blue ~ as well as a gorgeous spotted coat! She would love another dog in the home as a playmate, but could also do fine as an only dog if she had continued socialization as she is a social girl and loves interacting with other dogs. Briscoe is going to make such an amazing dog for whoever adopts her! She is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. She has not been tested with cats or children. Her adoption fee is $450.

Story
Breaker is up for adoption in TX, NE and PNW (excluding MA)! Breaker is a 1-year-old, 65-pound Great Dane/Boxer mix with a heart as big as his goofy grin. This splash-happy pup LOVES the water—whether he’s chasing toys into the pool, splashing through a creek, or just romping around the yard, Breaker is always up for adventure. With the playful energy of a Boxer and the gentle, loyal nature of a Dane, he’s the best of both worlds—equal parts fun and affection. Breaker is dog-friendly (with pups his size), loves people, and is happiest when he’s part of the action. He’s making great progress with crate training and is learning his puppy manners, especially when treats are involved. Breaker wasn't given much structure as a pup so, Breaker sometimes tries to play bite to get his way. Even after a board-and-train program, he will need a family committed to consistent, positive reinforcement training to help him reach his full potential. Breaker would thrive in an active home with space to play and maybe even a doggy sibling to share his adventures with. If you’re looking for a loyal, silly, water-loving companion who will keep you laughing and fill your days with joy, Breaker is your guy! To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Great Dane Black Mouth Cur

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Boone – A Gentle Soul Ready for a Fresh Start Boone is a striking Great Dane and Black Mouth Cur mix at 65 pounds with soulful eyes and a quiet, thoughtful demeanor. Rescued after being abandoned on the roadside, Boone's past suggests he was used as a hunting dog and likely spent much of his life confined to a kennel. This history has left him shy and cautious at first, but with time, patience, and kindness, Boone reveals his deeply affectionate side. Once he begins to trust, Boone becomes a devoted companion who craves gentle affection and enjoys peaceful moments with his person. He thrives in a calm environment and takes comfort in the presence of other dogs—he gets along wonderfully with canine companions and would benefit from a home with another friendly dog to help boost his confidence. Currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, Boone is looking for a foster or forever home in Central Texas only. He needs a loving, understanding family who can help him continue to blossom at his own pace. His ideal adopter would be someone familiar with hounds or someone who appreciates the gentle, loyal nature of these incredible breeds. If you're a hound enthusiast or simply someone with a kind heart and a quiet home, Boone may be the perfect match for you. He’s not just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone who sees his potential and will offer the love and patience he’s never known before. Boone is ready to start again.
