Story
Hailey is all husky! She's ab-so-lute-ly gorgeous and such an amazing girl. She's sweet, cuddly, goofy, and definitely playful. Do you already have pups in your home now? Perfect! Hailey is great with other dogs. In fact, she helps some of our shy dogs feel more comfortable and convinces them to play! She loves people, too, and appreciates all the pets you'll want to give her. Hailey is kennel trained, but we think she'd be fine free roaming once she's in your home. She'd prefer not to be in small spaces for long periods, as it turns out. Except cars! Hailey likes riding in the cars and will happily ride in one to go home with YOU! Call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more info on Hailey. She's in the KC metro but transport is available to the right home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Virginia (virginiak@tarasdream.org) for more information about this pet. Kita is a 3 year old female Siberian Husky looking for a new home! She's very playful and loves fetch and tug of war, likes long walks and is very curious about everything. She's great with strangers, children and other dogs of all sizes and loves the attention she gets. She's very energetic and might jump on people if she gets too riled up, but she's just looking for more pets and belly rubs. She doesn't like loud noises like thunderstorms or vacuums, but is usually okay as long as her human is close by. Loves to show her affection with licks and loves to receive affection by belly rubs and neck scritches. She's potty trained, kennel trained, has no medical issues and would love a home with a nice yard to run around in!   The animal listed on this page was listed as a courtesy to help find the animal a home. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Samantha, a striking blond and white Husky, who is around three and a half months old. She is on the more voluptuous side, at 63 pounds, and this girl has had a rough go in her short life so far. Huskies can be high energy, and Samantha is no different. Samantha had potty training issues in the past because she doesn't make noises or alert when she needed to go outside. Her last owner worked with her to use a bell by the door, so this is how she signals needing to go outside. She will need lots of exercise to keep her happy and out of mischief. Like most huskies, she does "talk" and howl. She gives the shelter a zero star rating, and is encouraging all her friends to do the same. She would like to get out of the shelter and into a cat and small pet free home. She also would love someone who will understand that she is a bit shy and aloof at first, and this is probably due to her rough life so far. She hasn't been given a big reason to trust people. Could you be the person she can finally place her trust in forever? Samantha comes spayed, microchipped and neutered. Her ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
