Story
It's with a heavy heart that I have to say good bye to my baby girl, Xena. I've had her since she was a puppy and I've loved her every step of the way. Xena is spunky, ambitious, creative, mischievous, and most of all loving. She is everything that you could want in a dog. Unfortunately, in July of this year I'll be moving out of the country, and they don't allow dogs where I'm going, so I need to make sure that my sweet heart has somewhere to go. Ideally you'd have a lot of land for her to run and explore, along with at least one other dog. Xena has never been around cats or small children, so I can't vouch for her there, but she gets along well with other energetic dogs. Adoption fee is negotiable, I'd just like to ensure she goes to a good home. Thank you for reading

Story
Meet Breanna the medium sized mixed breed Arriving in WI on April 25th! Breanna is a beautiful 1 year old female mixed breed. She is a beautiful girl with a gorgeous golden coat and a soulful eyes. She is fully grown at 1 year of age, and weighs about 40 pounds. Breanna found herself in a tough situation in Texas when her family abandoned her due to no fault of her own. She has been scared and confused in the shelter, but her sweet, gentle and loving personality shines through. She gets along well with other dogs and she loves people of all ages. She is spayed, is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday April 25th, and will be available to meet, and take home if she is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. She is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Friday, April 25th. If upon meeting, she is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable. We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent her from finding her forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog. If you’re not already familiar with our group, please feel free to visit our Group Page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TxRescueRidersCommunity If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt. Thank you for supporting our efforts to bring Texas dogs north to loving homes! You can read more about us at https://facebook.com/TxRescueRiders (Texas Rescue Riders). Story
Meet Leo! This lovable pup is a unique mix of Siberian Husky, Great Pyrenees, and Mountain Cur. Leo is a sweet, affectionate boy who adores spending time with his humans. He loves to play with his ball and to go for walks and hikes. He’s a great indoor dog that is crate trained and also loves quiet time cuddling with his human. He loves to go for rides in the car, especially when going for a hike or play date. At the shelter, Leo earned the title of "play yard rockstar" for his excellent social skills with other dogs regardless of their size. He’s a smart pup who already knows several commands, including "sit," "down," "shake," and "leave it." Leo will need a home with a 6-foot fence and a playful canine companion to keep him company. He may be a little shy around men at first, but with patience, kindness, and treats, he quickly warms up and shows his loving nature. He’s ready to find his forever family—could that be you? Leo can’t wait to meet you!

Story
Ileyna is a wonderful 5 year old dog. She loves to play catch and retrive, shes housetrained, obeys commands, shes great on walks and can be left alone. Shes great with kids but not with cats or small animals. Our whole family adores her. The reason why we cannot keep her is due to my husband and my allergies. At first we had to keep Ileyna in the basement but now it has gotten so bad that we cannot allow her to stay in the house anymore. Ileyna deserves to have so much more in her life.
