Story
Hello I’m seeking help rehoming my Labradoodle, Cooper. This is a very difficult decision, but due to my health issues (knee and back problems) and not being home enough. Because of his high energy level, I can’t give him the attention he deserves. He would do best in a home with a fenced yard and someone who has the time to work with him, give him consistent attention, and help him thrive.Cooper just turned 2. He’s up to date on vaccines, though he’s due for his rabies shot, and not neutered. He’s affectionate, loves to cuddle, go on walks, and play with squeaky toys. He barks a lot when he’s nervous or scared and can be reactive to other dogs. He’s great with my 10 year old, he hasn’t been around younger children. He would do best with someone who has time, patience, and a fenced yard.I love Cooper and want the best for him. Thank you for your help.

Story
Shiloh is a loving, playful pup with the perfect balance of cuddle buddy and adventure partner. Her absolute superpower is snuggling—she adores being close to her people and will happily curl up beside you on the couch after a day of fun. Shiloh is also a fantastic sleeper who snoozes peacefully through the night and only wakes when you do. Even better, she’s comfortable being on her own when needed, making her an easygoing companion. When it’s time to play, Shiloh’s goofy and fun personality really shines. She is also ready for adventures! She’s eager to hop into the car and loves joining her family for outings. Shiloh is fully house trained with zero accidents and is crate trained, though she’s proven to be trustworthy and non-destructive when left with space to relax at home. She absolutely adores kids and has been wonderful with the young children in her foster home. Put in an application to meet her today!

Story
Slurpee is a young guy (born in late 2024) who would love a home with someone who can work with him and help him feel safe. He has lived with other dogs and would do best in an adult-only home because he sometimes has stranger-danger confusion and can be protective of his human. He had to come back to PAWS from his adoptive home after a few months because he was guarding his human too zealously and feeling the need to protect the owner from his/her friends and strangers alike. Our shelter trainer MarLee has been working with Slurpee, and would like to work with his new foster/adopter and Slurpee to help him master the skills he needs to safely transition into a new home. He is a work-in-progress, but, we feel hopeful he can find his best fit. If you are open to a happy, loyal young guy who is still learning, and you are open to working with our trainer (at no cost to you), we would love to talk to you about Slurpee. Our plan would be for you to foster him first, which would give you time to train with MarLee and make sure Slurpee is the right fit for you.

Story
Mars is a lab/pittie mix i adopted from a shelter. She is very sweet and extremely quick to bond to people she meets. She is very social with people and dogs. She does get over excited when seeing other dogs like whining but if she gets the chance to meet the dog she only wants to play! I dont know how she is with cats but i would take caution if you have one she does have a slight pray drive for smaller animals especially when they run she will try to chase. She would be great in a multi dog home since being alone is a struggle for her but once she comfortable in the home she settles down fast.
