Cher | Lab-Cattle Dog mix 7+ years | Spayed | 65 lbs Cher is a lovable, friendly gal. She is extremely smart but also gentle and kind. She would make a great addition to any family. She was surrendered by her family in 2024, she was an indoor dog - she has good manners and a calm demeanor. She is up to date with her vaccines, HW- and spayed. Her fur is thick and longer - more like a retriever but she doesn't shed a great deal. Cher's energy level is low-medium; she loves to go for walks in the woods and play ball in the yard. She has been in playgroups in the past. She appears to have some leash training. Cher gets along with puppies; she would do well in a home with another female dog who is calm or would thrive as an only fur baby. If you would like to meet this deserving pup; and give her a true forever home where she can be pampered and loved, please fill out an application! Fostered in Central NJ. Emmy was 1 of a litter of 10 puppies adopted in 2022.. Mom is a Bassett mix, Dad is a Retriever mix. She was returned to our rescue recently. Emmy is a sweet girl who wants nothing more than affection. She would do nest in a home that doesn't have alot of traffic, and is either an adult home or a home with older, respectful children as Emmy can be anxious around younger children. She's currently in a home with other dogs and has done well with all of them. She does best with calm dogs, although with slow introductions she's acclimated with the more active and 'in your face' foster in the home. She also did well with the cats in her foster home. She's absolutely adorable, with the short basset legs, and eyes that just say I love you. Emmy bonds easily and will be the most loyal companion. She does gravitate more to women, and needs slow introductions to men. Emmy needs someone who will guide her with appropriate responses, something she wasn't afforded in her previous home. Our rescue will provide a trainer if needed at our cost. Emmy is about 3 years old, spayed, microchipped, up to date on core vaccines.
