Machi is a sweet, playful pup who is about two years old and weighs approximately 5½ pounds. If you’re looking for a cuddly, affectionate, and super-loving companion, Machi is your girl! She loves nothing more than being right next to—or on top of—her person, though running around for playtime is a close second. Machi is the perfect mix of lap dog and spunky sidekick, with lots of energy and personality. She knows her name and comes when called, is working hard on potty training and making great progress, and is an excellent leash walker. She sleeps quietly through the night in her crate but would be just as happy snuggled up beside you. Machi is very social and loves other dogs. She would thrive in a home with another playful pup to cuddle with, learn from, and help her feel fully settled. She is also comfortable around cats.

Sophie is a tiny 15 year old Maltese Poodle mix weighing just under 8 pounds. She is polite gentle and very sweet. Her favorite place is simply near her person. She coexists well with other small dogs and has an easygoing presence. Sophie came into rescue when her owner could no longer care for her. It took her a few days to adjust but she is settling in beautifully and showing her soft affectionate personality. Her eyesight is good and her hearing is still fairly strong for her age. She does have a heart murmur but is not on any medication at this time. She doesn't love being left alone so we are hoping to find her a calm quiet home where someone is around most of the time. Sophie is a lovely little soul looking for comfort companionship and a soft place to land for her golden years. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Princess is a 10 to 11 year old Maltese with the softest heart. She’s a sweet easygoing girl who gets along well with both people and other dogs. She has a gentle calm presence and truly just wants to be near you. Her owners could no longer care for her so she came into our care. She arrived looking a little rough and we’re getting her groomed and fully checked out by our vets so she can feel her best. Updated photos are coming soon. We do have some health concerns and are still learning more. We’ll update her listing as soon as we have clearer information. What we already know is that Princess is a little love bug who deserves a safe comfortable home where she can be cherished. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Molly is a very affectionate, playful, loving pup to me. She has been to two therapy doctors who have put Molly on medication for anxiety and fear, lunging on leash and afraid of other people. They have said with behavior modification training she will be a different pup. Molly would be perfect with a person who has a fenced in yard to go out and run, if there was company to put her in another room. Otherwise she is a perfect loving dog. If it doesn’t work out with a loving, new owner I would want molly re homed back to me. I love Molly and I only want her to have a loving, happy life, and understanding home.
