DOB 5-25-2024 Amir is a sweetheart! This little boy is social, loves toys and friends to play with and gets along good with others. He is neutered, heartworm negatiive and received his ProHeart 6 injection. His adoption fee is 750.00 and his transport fee is 165.00 The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. After you submit your application please allow a few days to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We do look for the best home that fits each of our pets, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved we with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the pet you are interested in.Together we can decide if this is the best choice for both.

Little young senior Lulu got some disappointing medical news… the lump she had removed was cancerous 😞 This 8 year old Maltese/chihuahua had never been spayed before, resulting in a small mammary tumor. The good news is she’s spayed now, her chest x-rays showed no sign of any spread, and it was a low grade tumor hopefully caught early enough. But she will need to be monitored for recurrence or spread. She’s otherwise healthy and has been a very sweet little girl once she bonds, but can be distrustful of strangers and protect her person. All 8 pound personal bodyguard of her 🫡 She’s fine with other dogs and looking for an adult home where she will be loved unconditionally for the rest of her life. We were told this tiny 8 year old scruffy girl was “not friendly” and she was handed to us muzzled, but as soon as we walked her away from her owner she warmed right up to us and has been a sweetheart ever since! Once she loves you she loves you unconditionally, asks to be picked up and dances for attention all the time. We made a mistake about Brooklyn 🤦‍♀️. We thought she was a super happy friendly little girl who loved everyone and didn’t really belong with us. It turns out she had a secret protective streak she was hiding and really does belong with our misfits after all. While in public she acts like a social butterfly, but as soon as she gets into a home she seems to pick her chosen person to bond to and protect them at all costs. We suspect there may have been some domestic issues or fighting amongst the family members in her original home to make her that way. But she needs a home with just one person in the household she can devote her life to loving and protecting. She’s fine with other dogs (barks at kitties though) and is a fun active little girl who loves car rides and just being wherever her person is. She’s not quiet and is a talkative vocal girl, very interactive and communicative and always watching you to see what you want from her next. She was housebroken in her previous home, a cuddly little lapdog, loves to play fetch with stuffed squeaky toys, and acts much younger than her 10 years. She’s under 10lbs full grown, a non-shedding maltipoo, was friendly at the vet and for grooming and has been spayed and had a dental. We were initially trying to place him as a pair with his mom Luna, but he’s made other friends he likes more and we think he will be just fine without her as long as he has another compatible doggie playmate. This 1 year old Shih tzu/maltese type mix was a little timid at first but sweet and is really coming out of his shell. He loves to play with other dogs especially and will make a perfect playmate for another young little guy or girl. He’s about 10lbs full grown, neutered, updated on shots and ready for a home. Story

Cash is a loving 6 year old morkie. He loves to play fetch and tug of war. He’s grown up as a single dog in a family home, he is mostly friendly with other dogs however there is still some reactivity on walks. Cash is great with children of all ages never had any issues with behavior towards people. He does require some extra attention, he has always been anxious his whole life after many consultations with behaviorists and vets its been determined that that is just who he is. Cash needs a loving home with people who will be patient with him and provide him with a house and yard and plenty of people to play with. He does have seasonal allergies but other than that his physical health is in top shape. He is microchipped and fully vaccinated and requires grooming at minimum monthly. Due to my own personal health and landlord/housing situations I am unable to give cash his forever home, hoping to find him his forever home.
