Story
Hi there, I’m Lincoln, a very handsome Maltese/Lhasa Apso mix with very soft hair, about 6 years old, 13 lbs, and I was surrendered to 4 Little Paws Rescue after my owner had a baby. I’m not sure why I couldn't be part of the family… I’m easygoing, friendly and I’m a sweetheart! I might have been able to babysit, LOL! Either way, I’m not fretting about it and I am actually doing very well in my new foster home. My foster mom rocks! She thinks I’m awesome, and she is right. She says I am incredibly sweet, I’m very chill, and probably one of the easiest and most agreeable dogs she has ever fostered. I have manners, I don't destroy things, I’ll eat whatever is offered, and I am simply a joy to have around. I get along great with humans and dogs, I love squeaky toys, I’m more of an observer than a player at playtime, and I have a go-with-the-flow attitude. I rarely bark, I am very well-behaved in a home, I do not have separation anxiety and I’m not even afraid of thunderstorms. I am already housebroken, I can walk with a leash, I don't mind a car ride, I love my people, I’m perfect! I will be leaving the great state of Texas behind next week when I move to Connecticut to find a forever home and become a member of the family. I will need regular grooming to keep me looking my best, but I promise I won’t ever ask to borrow the car!
