She’s crate-trained (her crate is her safe space), pee-pad trained, and gets along well with both dogs and cats. Sugar is on the shy side and still learning to trust people after not being treated well before Waldo’s rescued her. Once she feels comfortable, she’s affectionate, happy, and loves being close to you getting pets. She's such a silly girl and is so much fun to be around. She would do best in a quiet home with a patient adopter who will let her warm up at her own pace. A backyard or outdoor space would be helpful, as she’s still a bit timid on the leash. Meet Yin Yang Yin Yang is a perfect example of the quintessential CHUG - a chihuahua and pug mix. Yin Yang is still very young - we know his real birthday is November 29, 2023 - so he shall soon turn the big ONE! We know his birthday because he was an owner surrender, as he was the result of an accidental litter. He is only 11 lbs today and will likely not grow much bigger. Yin Yang is great with kids, dogs and cats. He is house-broken and crate trained as well. He will need a little help learning to walk on leash but otherwise is a laid back sweet little guy.
