Midge is the most snaggle-toothed pup we've ever seen! She was recently rescued from a shelter in Texas - this sweet girl is about 8 years old and weighs 13 pounds.  Midge is a laid back girl and she just wants to follow you around everywhere. She gets along with other dogs and she's currently living with 2 cats and has been absolutely fine with them. Midge is well behaved in the car, loves her daily walks and has no problem keeping up with the 4 year old dogs in her foster home! Midge is house trained for the most part but if she is left alone for longer than 6 hours during the day, she might have an accident. She sleeps through the night without an accident as long as she sleeps in the same room with her people. Midge recently had surgery to close up a fistula (hole) in the roof of her mouth. There is a chance that she may need more surgery in the future. Pita and her siblings were owner surrenders. Mom and Dad have been spayed/neutered to ensure there are no more 'oops' litters and the puppies were surrendered to rescue. Dad is a black pug mix and Mom a cute mix of we don't know what other than cute. Born August 30, 2022. Pita's up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, and spayed.  She's extremely affectionate and extremely cute.  Pita gets along with other dogs, well actually that's an understatement. She loves other dogs so much that we feel she would do best in a home with another 4 legged friend.  She loves people as well. Pita was fostered with children and has been wonderful with the children. Pita does have anxiety/stress with moving cars and sudden loud noises, so a privacy fenced in yard is a must. No birds or small animals in the home please.
