All shots renewed, hw test was negative and he is fixed and microchipped vet also did bloodwork which was good. He is a sweet boy who deserves a retirement home. Adoption fee is $100

He tends to be quite submissive—“bashful” really is the perfect word for him—but once he feels safe, his sweet personality shines through.He was surrendered because his previous owner could no longer care for him, and despite the change, Cheech has remained soft‑natured and kind. Our veterinary team gave him a clean bill of health, and his adoption fee is $300.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether they are housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.If you have any questions or would like to set up a time to meet Cheech, we’d be happy to help. This sweet, thoughtful pug loves plush toys (though they don’t last long!) and happily greets new dogs and people with his easygoing charm. While he enjoys cuddles, he’s not overly clingy—just the perfect balance of affectionate and independent. Champion is house-trained, crate-trained, and has excellent mealtime manners—he eats his meals without rushing and happily shares space around food and treats. He’s still working on settling quietly after being released from his crate, but he’s learning more each day. Champion would thrive in a home with another friendly dog companion, as he truly enjoys canine company. Because he can experience a bit of separation anxiety at first, a home where someone is around often would help him continue building confidence.
