Story
Meet Killua, an 11-year-old fawn gentleman with the gentlest soul and the biggest heart. This Velcro pug will follow you everywhere, he takes his “personal assistant” duties seriously! Killua is calm, affectionate, and adores being close to his people. He is house-trained (with the help of a belly band), crate-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He eats politely and patiently waits for others to finish, true gentleman manners! Killua isn’t into toys but loves a soft bed, a cozy spot by your side, and the occasional piece of cheese (his favorite treat). He can hop onto a couch but prefers staying at ground level. Killua gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would also do great as an only pug, as long as he has plenty of love and attention. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing senior who’ll warm your heart and your lap, Killua is your guy! ****** All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. To learn more or apply, visit www.dfwpugs.com.

Story
Seven-year-old Peggy is a sweet, fawn beauty with a happy-go-lucky attitude and a heart full of love. This laid-back lady adores being around other dogs and is happiest when surrounded by furry friends and her people. She is the definition of “go-with-the-flow” — gentle, easygoing, and always ready for a good cuddle or a leisurely stroll. Peggy is house-trained, crate-trained, and uses a dog door like a pro. She’s polite at mealtime and not food aggressive, though she’ll happily supervise if someone else is getting a treat. She enjoys toys most when another pup shows interest — she’s a bit of a playful copycat! Peggy also gets along wonderfully with children, especially her foster’s young niece. She takes tacrolimus eye drops twice a day and moisture drops as needed, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit. If you’re looking for a calm, joyful companion to brighten your home, Peggy’s your girl! ****** All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Story
Seven-year-old Pokey is the ultimate Velcro pug — wherever you go, he’s right there, ready to be your loyal sidekick. This lovable 15-pound fawn boy is equal parts playful and affectionate. He enjoys zoomies and tug-of-war with his pug pals but is just as happy cuddling up with his favorite human when the day winds down. Pokey is completely house-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and sleeps soundly in his crate at night. He’s a polite eater (though quick!) and loves taking all the toys out of the box to choose the perfect one for the moment. He gets along great with other dogs and is friendly with everyone he meets. Pokey uses daily eye drops and is blind in one eye, so he does best in well-lit spaces. He’d thrive in a loving home where his people are around often to shower him with attention. If you’re looking for a cheerful little shadow to adore you endlessly, Pokey’s your guy! ****** All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Story
Five-year-old Tic Tac is a charming, fawn winky pug with a heart as big as his bark! While he can be a little cautious at first, once he warms up, this Velcro pug loves nothing more than cuddling up next to his favorite person and showering them with kisses. Tic Tac enjoys toys, puzzle games, and snuffle mats—and occasionally shows off his silly side by proudly parading around with socks or shoes he’s “borrowed.” He is about 90% house-trained, crate-trained (though he’s not a fan of it), and walks well on a leash—just be sure his harness is snug because he’s been known to wiggle out when something’s caught his interest! Tic Tac gets along wonderfully with other dogs and even cats, but he’d prefer a home with a canine buddy and patient humans who understand he sees the world a little differently due to limited vision. If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly companion with a goofy streak, Tic Tac is your guy! ****** All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Story
Ten-year-old Einstein is a wise and wonderful fawn gentleman whose heart is just as big as his brain. True to his name, he’s a smart, curious pug who loves to learn, knows how to sit, and quickly catches on to new routines. He’s the perfect blend of snuggly and independent — happy to curl up beside you or snooze contentedly in a soft bed nearby. Einstein is fully house-trained, leash-trained, and uses the doggie door like a pro. He’s not crate-trained but sleeps peacefully in his playpen or snuggled up in bed. At mealtime, he’ll serenade you with a little “dinner song,” complete with spins of joy, then sits patiently like a perfect gentleman before digging in. He loves everyone, gets along great with other dogs, and accepts his daily eye drops like a champ — especially when rewarded with peanut butter. If you’re looking for a gentle, good-natured companion with a lovable snore and a heart of gold, Einstein might just be your perfect match! ****** All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Story
Olive Jade is a 3.5-year-old fawn beauty with a big personality packed into a little pug body. This spunky girl is a classic Velcro pug, she loves nothing more than curling up in her human’s lap while they work and snuggling close at night. She is affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she has her person all to herself. Olive Jade is house-trained, playful with toys, and does well on a leash. She’s crate-trained but would rather be right next to you. Like many pugs, she takes mealtime seriously, so she does best eating without competition. Because she prefers undivided attention, Olive Jade would thrive as an only dog in her new home. She adores children and would make a wonderful companion for a family who can shower her with love, cuddles, and plenty of lap time. If you’re looking for a devoted snuggle partner with spunk, Olive Jade might be your perfect match! ****** All our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
