If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817‑984‑1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Dawg is a 2‑year‑old Pug with all the charm, silliness, and sweetness the breed is known for. He’s a friendly little guy who loves meeting new people and soaking up attention. Dawg has an easygoing personality and a cheerful spirit — he’s the type who’s happy just being near you and joining in whatever you’re doing. He came to us as an owner surrender, and while transitions can be tough, Dawg has handled everything with his usual good nature. He enjoys the company of other small dogs and appreciates a home where he can be part of the daily routine. He’s affectionate, social, and ready to settle into a family who will give him stability and love. Our veterinary team has examined him and cleared him as healthy with no concerns. His adoption fee is $450.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility. If you’d like to meet Dawg, we’d be happy to help. He’s a sweet, happy little companion who’s ready to bring charm, affection, and plenty of Pug personality to his forever home.

Story
I love Tula with all my heart. She will lick you or Anybody to death, never met a stranger. I am disabled, she is to strong for me. Gives me bruises when she jumps on me. She is 22.8 lbs. She needs to be taken out for walks and have someone to play with. I have smaller older chihuahua's, they do want to play. She needs a Happy Home. She is a wild child. She not quite one year old, just spade. She is a Chug, that's not listed as one of the types of dogs

Story
7-year-old Legend is a sweet, easygoing fawn boy with a playful spark and a heart full of love. He adapts quickly to new people and places, enjoys playtime, and then happily settles in for cozy cuddles—especially on the couch or by your feet. Legend is house-trained, leash-trained, and a respectful eater with no food aggression. He’s free-roam trustworthy and sleeps soundly in bed with his humans. He enjoys plush toys (especially Lamb Chop!), puzzle toys, snuffle mats, and a good chew like a Nylabone. He does well with cats. He would do well in a home as either an only dog or with canine companions, and would thrive with someone who enjoys a relaxed, affectionate companion. He hasn’t met children yet but has a gentle, adaptable nature. He may need occasional eye lubricant, and sometimes bunny hop if his back legs feel weak while they regain strength. If you’re looking for a loving, low-key best friend—Legend lives up to his name. ****** All of our pugs are fostered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. We adopt to all lower 48 states, but adopters must travel to Texas for pickup. Puppies younger than 6 months are not eligible for out-of-state adoption.
