Carina Dee is crate trained and will happily go to her crate when called, sleeping quietly through the night close to her foster mom. She is very proud of her outdoor potty progress, though her house training is still a work in progress. Affectionately known as "Sweet Dee", she will thrive as an only pup where she can soak up all the love, but she may also do well with another dog her size and similar age. My name is Ozzie, and I am 1.5 years old. 16 lb Pug. Before I cam to Humane Tomorrow, I was living with 5 other Pugs, all relatives of some kind, together in a house. We never went outside of the house, and I know now what a mess and how unhealthy that was. Now I am in a foster home, with other dogs, but we go outside into a yard, and my foster family has been teaching me what doggies are supposed to do. I’ve learned a lot in the last few weeks, but still have more to learn. I’m a little mouthy – using my mouth and teeth sometimes (just to play), but still probably not a good fit with young kids. I’ve discovered that I especially like to play tug with my people, but sometimes I get a little overstimulated when I play. So, just let me win and call the game! I get along well with the other dogs in the household most of the time, and have discovered I like to chew on nylabones. I like to sit with my people, cuddling with them and sometimes I like to get up high on the top of chairs so I get a view of everything around me. I am still getting used to this thing around my neck (collar) and walking on a leash, but I like it in my foster home with all the attention I’m getting. I am crate trained, but any new home will need to continue my house training. I’ve been wearing a belly band while I figure things out.
