Story
Nim came to is as a breeder release. His mom has been adopted and he is now ready to find his forever home. Nim is super playful and would do best in a home with another dog to play with. We expect that he will stay on the small side so young children would not be the best situation for him. Nim is about 6 months old and his adoption fee is $500. ##1725829##

Story
Meet sweet Puglsey!  Pugsley is around 3 years old.  We named him Pugsley Addams because he came to us around Halloween time.  His favorite pastime is to follow you around the house.  He wants to have you in his line of sight all the time.  He loves to cuddle and will be a wonderful companion dog to anyone.  He enjoys his daily walks and walks well on leash.  He is good with cats.  He would be happier if he is the only dog at home. ****Prior to filling out an application or contacting RHS, please completely read the instructions below.**** ALL ADOPTERS/FOSTERS MUST LIVE WITHIN 60 MILES OF RICHARDSON, TX. RHS IS NOT A SHELTER; OUR PETS LIVE IN FOSTER HOMES IN THE DFW AREA. Adoption Process Meet the Adoption Criteria. Before you do anything else, make sure you meet our adoption criteria. You must be at least 21 years old. You must live within a 60-mile radius of Richardson, Texas. Meetup.  We'll arrange a meetup if you're a good fit to the pet that you apply. Home Visit. If all the steps above are completed satisfactorily, we will set up a home visit where you can meet the pet you are interested in again and the pet can meet other pets in the family. We will try to send the foster parent so you can learn more about how the pet is in a home environment. Complete Adoption. If all feel it is a good match, we will schedule the adoption at MTP or an off-site location. The applicant will need to complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Story
Five-year-old Stretch is looking for a calm and patient forever home that will gently expose him to new experiences and encourage him to grow his confidence. This sweet and polite boy came to us from a relatively sheltered environment where he wasn’t able to experience all that pug life has to offer. He can be timid around new humans and dogs and needs time to warm up. As his foster mom has learned, though, a gentle demeanor and a few treats go a long way toward motivating him! He is already discovering how much he enjoys couch snuggles and outdoor time and gets excited when it’s time for leash walks. We believe that Stretch would do best as the only dog in a home, so that he can fully relax and receive lots of personalized attention while he continues to adjust and reach new milestones. He has already made so much progress in his foster home; can you help him continue to thrive and have more stretch experiences? If you’d like to show Stretch some forever love, reach out and apply for him at dfwpugs.com!
